I used to draw from memory when I was a kid in 1976 because I could not afford a camera.

But my true passion is playing music from memory.

I never took a piano lesson but I can learn to play tunes hours after listening to them.

after hearing them.

My brother used to call me retarded but now I understand I was gifted...

yeah, you're absolutely right. i found out that i can draw all towns from memory too... not :(

i think everybody knows their brain and abilities quite well. And I think there's two types of brains, a visual (drawing, geometrical imagination) and a theoretical (maths, physics) one. Explaining things to another brain type human is extremely difficult. i have made these experience with a lot of people. there are also people with balanced abilities, who communicate best.
