@totalfreedomint I am a real estate agent and there is nothing illegal about the strategy Kent is talking about. It is public record and the Realtor is either lazy, jealous, or afraid of you making money without him/her profiting from you finding out the information. I just now saw Kents responsonse and I agree with him. Find another agent. You may not want to find a big agent on a team, find an individual agent that will work with you, but not a new agent. Hope this helps.

It is certainly not illegal. This is the challenge with so many agents. Just plain ignorance. Find another agent.
