  • This is a great idea. I had thought of it before I saw this video. I will add that end the end of his video you must pay attention too. Make sure that you check the sales date with the county date on record. I know that my county has not updated the records yet: hopefully soon.

  • It is certainly not illegal. This is the challenge with so many agents. Just plain ignorance. Find another agent.

  • Love this strategy Kent!! I had a conversation with a real estate agent and they said they think it's illegal. I told her I have a partner in Memphis who does it all the time. What do you think? I'm looking for a solid agent to do a lot of business with.

  • @totalfreedomint I am a real estate agent and there is nothing illegal about the strategy Kent is talking about. It is public record and the Realtor is either lazy, jealous, or afraid of you making money without him/her profiting from you finding out the information. I just now saw Kents responsonse and I agree with him. Find another agent. You may not want to find a big agent on a team, find an individual agent that will work with you, but not a new agent. Hope this helps.
