Hey, the video is nice and expressive but I thought I'd add some timenotes to help :)
4:00 to - Her background with PCOS - symptoms and experience pre-and post-oral contraceptives
8:40 - the importance of finding a support network for PCOS with people who can relate and being your own advocate:)
9:30 - Reproductive Endocronologist visit and diagnosis (getting a reflective diagnosis so you know what you are working with )
11:30ish - "The plan" (involving lots of medical intervention and drugs)
@Angelalalynn Part2 13:00 - Taking control of her own health/ taking raw veganism and exercise 'to the next level'.
14:30 - Insulite Labs program and how it worked for her.
15:00 - Prioritizing finances to be able to afford insulite labs
16:30 - 'Triple Threat': Nutrition, Exercise and a supplement system which works for you.
18:00 - Positive hormonal adjustments (acne clearing, energy back...)
19:30 - Passion for nutrition, exercise and health & wellness :)
@Angelalalynn Part3/3 21:00 - Desire to really help women with PCOS.
23:00 - website forum and place to connect for PCOSers; note about membership levels to provide access to one-on-one coaching, recipes from nutritionists, motivational coaching.
I hope the time links help :)
@Angelalalynn Thank you for your help! :)
