  • Thanks for the great video, do you use a tripod?

  • yes

  • It really makes the vids pop when the Camera isnt going up and down on the subject.

  • Gotta love that friendly crew.

  • Being from Maine, I don't recognize those short black cars behind the engines. What are they, and what to they haul?

Up here, rail joints are the norm, and welded rail is less used. To me, it sounds strange to hear the sound of welded rail. I am sure it will become more popular with time up here.

  • Those cars are actually hauling human waste from New York City

  • I had no idea! WOW... wonder if it`s stinky inside the cab.

  • we see those all the time on CSX down here since VA has a trash removal contract with NYC

  • explains all the green farmland around NYC

  • @Treyvs ewww

  • awesome..loved that leslie..

you & someone else caught this same consist

  • yea great video and also its elephant style 5 * bro!

  • on 1;30 those tracks look rough !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Vintage style. They're connected in short intervals with use of bolts and plates instead of welding. If you look at historical steam rail pictures, rails will have these kind of designs, it's only bumpy because time has taken it's toll on the out-dated design.

  • Man, I am amazed that BNSF still uses jointed rail on this line. You don't see that much anymore.....especially for a high speed line.

  • why do all these dash9s have leslies now?

  • They all dont. Some do. If their regular horn messes up, they're replaced with whatever horn is availible.
