Well I agree is realy realy beautiful but I dont know I would like do watch a more. In a nice way

the few I watch is just amazing but a little over. We cant forget that all the major arts do not make us breathless. They use to bring up silent emotions and wet eyes, bumping hearts and extasy. See "Pietá", David, Alicia Alonso divine ever and forever, Nureyev the blessed , and so many others arts expretions.

Siempre he admirado a los bailarines cubanos, desde que hace muchísimos años vi en México a Alicia Alonso, en su juventud, bailar "Giselle". Esta pareja de Don Quijote son increíbles! Qué seguridad tan asombrosa y qué interpretación tan elegante y graciosa a la vez. FELICIDADES

I saw the National Ballet of Cuba perform Don Quixote here in Los Angeles this past Sunday, June 26, 2011. They were magnificent! The audience went wild, jumping up with standing ovations over and over. If ever you have a chance to see them, don't miss it!

@09Jerzy Art trancends politics. Everytime I hear the words capitalism or socialism it makes me sick. The U.S. has plenty of socialistic programs, and now Cuba is venturing into capitalism. Nevertheless, this Cuban ballet corp is magnificent, and deservedly, the pride of Cuba.

Alicia Alonso was a Genius doing what she was doing with the Ballet Company of course she left Cuba in the early eighties. Communism is good only "in the books" so, as a very smart person she directs the company from outside the country.

Fidel Castro was a genius doing what he was doing with Cuba. He fooled the rest of the world while destroying the country.

Alicia Alonso is blind and still alive.

Fidel Castro got cancer and also alive.

Excelent! I saw Ballet Nacional de Cuba at Sadlers Wells in London in Don Q and they were so amazing! I think it was even Viengsay and Romel I saw in this. It was so great to see Alicia Alonso come on stage at the end of the show.

No, seriously, FORGET the Bolshoi! GO BALLET NACIONAL DE CUBA! They're the best! The Bolshoi is very good, ABT is very good, Kirov is very good, RB is very good, ENB is very good, but Ballet Nacional de Cuba is LA MEJOR!
