Why no release of this game on Capcom Classics Collection? I don't understand why Capcom keeps some of its coolest video games to itself. They have tons of cool games that need to be made available to the masses!

Blame it all on the stupid licensing and copyrights restrictions. It's all about the money, they probably won't get much profits in the end after investing money to renew the license with FOX to redistribute this game "legally". Or it could be the other way around FOX might lose money to Capcom, if they want it re-released again.

Either way, I would want to see an arcade-perfect port or maybe something even better like 3D backgrounds, and similar cosmetic upgrades/updates if possible.

I think the pred had some cool features but i wish u could play as the alien for once in a game. there has only been like 2 games in history were u play as them. that cuold be a hole diffrent type of game....i think

The Alien or Xenomorph was first playable on the Atari Jaguar version of the game which is very much like a Classic Doom clone; slow paced FPS game with no freelook and such.

The remaining "AvP" games that I can think of is the Cell Phone JAVA versions, the Computer FPS remakes of the Jaguar(well the first 1 was sorat, since Rebellion is involved), and as well as the PS2/X-Box game called AvP: Extinction.
