This is terrible, all of the advice you gave was wrong including the execution of the palm, it is possible for your hand to look natural with a card palmed, and you dont want to rush to your pocket right away with the card palmed, why do you make a tutorial on palming when you have no idea what your talking about,.
couldn't you also work this trick into an ambitious card routine? like make the card appear on top, then palm it, shuffle, then square the deck back up placing the palmed card on top, producing an ambitious card phase?
Nice tutorial. If you have ever seen the david blaine trick where the card is revealed by two aces, he must palm the card to get it in between the two aces.
In my option the best way to palm is by using S.W. erdnase system of palming. This type (your video) of palming is exposed at certain angles. By using Erdnase's Palming system the card can never be seen going into the palm (if dont correctly) but the movement is suspect if your playing/demonstrating against a fast crowd that knows erdnase's book
I never even heard of "The Top Palm" the only one I've ever used was the Tenkai Palm which basically only looks natural if you got large hands. The reason I say it looks natural is if you use it in the right trick, because it leaves you hand in a position that you could use to... I dunno... Wave magical dust of a deck, who knows... I can't really explain it in text. I found for palming, like you said... You gotta keep your hands moving and try to get out of that position as fast as you can.

Does hand size make a difference? I find there isn't room to lift the back card because my hands are quite small. Any advice?
