  • This is terrible, all of the advice you gave was wrong including the execution of the palm, it is possible for your hand to look natural with a card palmed, and you dont want to rush to your pocket right away with the card palmed, why do you make a tutorial on palming when you have no idea what your talking about,.

  • you can learn and master heaps of different palms and come up with your own routine or tricks

  • palming is trick

  • Overhand grip

  • thanks for the tip...good tutorial

  • i have small hand

  • @DasmaCalubayan

    pff poor excuse...

  • thank you! good video.

  • Oh Boy. You gotta be kidding.

  • nice

  • Does hand size make a difference? I find there isn't room to lift the back card because my hands are quite small. Any advice?

  • Thank you 4 this tutorial, it helped me alot.

  • tnx 4 the help man

its gonna take sum practice though i have a head ache...T.T

  • couldn't you also work this trick into an ambitious card routine? like make the card appear on top, then palm it, shuffle, then square the deck back up placing the palmed card on top, producing an ambitious card phase?

  • anything is possible :) yes you could certainly work something like that in!

  • a great effect with palm is the trick kaos from ellusionist

  • good tutorial dude but you waffle on way too much and your voice is weird.

  • i use palming just to showoff with basic color changes, etc. you know in between tricks

  • Great tutorial! A card trick that uses palming is Three Cards Across. Really great effect for a finisher.

  • Many different transposition tricks use palming

  • Wow ty so much :)

  • Nice tutorial. If you have ever seen the david blaine trick where the card is revealed by two aces, he must palm the card to get it in between the two aces.

  • i have seen that and i will tell you that there is no palming in that trick...

  • thts a really great way to palm cards thanks alot!

  • woah those cards sides are yelow!! like pee :D nice tutorial by the way

  • hahaha yeah! that's my deck of tally ho's that i opened about 3 or 4 years ago hahahahaha... they still treat me well :D

  • In my option the best way to palm is by using S.W. erdnase system of palming. This type (your video) of palming is exposed at certain angles. By using Erdnase's Palming system the card can never be seen going into the palm (if dont correctly) but the movement is suspect if your playing/demonstrating against a fast crowd that knows erdnase's book

  • GREAT TOURIAL!

  • these are great advice and tips coming from a great guy . very helpful video

  • i shud have waited for the whole vid to load lol

  • ambitious card u can use it to make it appear in you pocket etc

  • exelent tutorial i gave you 5 stars!

  • thanks dude for the tut should come in handy in alot of tricks.

  • I never even heard of "The Top Palm" the only one I've ever used was the Tenkai Palm which basically only looks natural if you got large hands. The reason I say it looks natural is if you use it in the right trick, because it leaves you hand in a position that you could use to... I dunno... Wave magical dust of a deck, who knows... I can't really explain it in text. I found for palming, like you said... You gotta keep your hands moving and try to get out of that position as fast as you can.

  • yes first to comment!

  • why do people care if your first to comment? its almost as bad as spam..
