It does appear (in a much better performance!) on her *Lost Theremin Album* (Bridge 9208), recorded in the same session but not released commercially until 2006.
ive never had thought on the possibility of playing the aria from bachianas 5 with a theremin as the soprano voice, although when you see it done it seems a most natural and obvious choice. congrats, very well done.
