Health Care to Inmates

seriously is there even a question here? Prison inmates are barely people. Inhumane??? tell that to murder victim's families and rape victims. There are hundreds of millions of people smart enough not to get in trouble why bend over for the idiots who weren't?

they knew what the consequences of their actions were and they made a decision to do it anyway. i dont have any health insurence or healthcare and cant afford much, why the fuck should prisoners get it and i don't?

Well there was a question and thats why we approached it. It was something we questioned also. And they're responsible for their actions. Just like we all are.

Money is the root of the evil of this country!  It's crazy because it's not because of the "criminal" it's about personal interests. Prisoners should get health treatments. I want medical coverage for all Americans, though.

Prison is a big money making industry and the money they receive for housing inmates for the year surpasses the treatment available to them. Those in control of funds pocket money to benefit their own cause and maintain their immaculate lifestyles while prisoners are dying over toothaches because authorities fail to provide adequate care. They offer prozac to ppl who dont need it and mess them up for the rest of their lives.

Thats way we need to make sure that we stay on our business. Keep our lives on a path that will benefit us in a positive way. So we dont have to worry about receive this type of treatment.

By all means, I think inmates should receive care should they become ill. You know ALL inmates are "innocent". :O) Then again this makes me think of all those "free" citizens who aren't able to receive proper medical care. Thought provoking topic.

yes.. who are we to deny ANYONE health care.. let them do their bid and work on rehabilitation and bettering their lives, getting out and starting over.. We as a nation are already deprived of the health care that we need and have a right to.. So to futher the deprivation would be inhumane
