wait, was this cell pushing out 13 volts in the beginning of the video without a power source? and how many volts does it take to perform electrolysis. Is there a certain amount of voltage required to produce a satisfactory amount of HHO gas?

You mentioned about salt.. in the begining why would you use salt.. onde it creates chlorine.. you'd mess your wire and everything aroung with that bleach gas.

don't use glass thats a definate no because if it explodes you are either deformed or dead
