@91freerider19 @91freerider19 yeah but you leave your mother ship defenseless in the meantime. Better to vortex the enemy and try to split his army. If that won't do the trick, then obviously he's already at such a huge advantage that you cannot overcome it by a few reinforcements.

He had a Changeling scout everything happening with that army, so he knew he was attacking. He could have just countered with a push in the back and wipe out 4 Gateways, or even that whole Main + Expansion if he doesn't back off to defend.

well you can take the mothership with a bunch of voids and use the vortex to take all of the hydras out while the voids are charging, then when the hydras come out, you take them all out easily

Though I guess infestors should fare good - fungal growth for blink, parasite for the mothership...

@Gothos Problem with that though is that if you try to run a infestor in to neural parasite it gets exploded by the stalkers... and the amount of gas required for the infestors and the hydras and overseers is a lot for even a 3 base zerg which became 2 base quickly... although its possible its difficult to actually do.
