Thats a very awkward harmonic to get, I'm starting to get the hang of it though. It's found near the end of the guitar, it's only about a millimetre in width so you have to be extremely accurate to get it. Also you really HAVE to have either long nails or fake/ acrylic nails to have it heard in the middle of a song, I've been letting mine grow a lot more than I normally would lately :P
How does he make that bend? You can't bend a harmonic because it stops ringing then... It is eargasmic, I just can't figure out how he does it. Any idea?
u can because its a false harmonic..same principle as with an electric guitar...muate it with your nail as you pluck it and vibrato with your fretted finger to bend the note
Oh wow... so it's an artificial harmonic instead of a natural one, then. I'm surprised it was so loud. I'm guessing the amplifier is to thank for that.
easy its moving harmonicas simple u got harmonic on 12 string grab string and second fret than harmonic be on 14 fret easy try arrowhead of michael hedges he got there moving tap harmonics

At 51 seconds it sounds like he's bending a harmonic... anyone know how he does this?

Great stuff Erik, out of all your Reunion performances this one if my favorite.

that harmonic at 2:17 was eargasmic, and that following smile of satisfaction you made upon hearing it was classic!!

Completely agree... that single note sold this whole piece to me.

your usual brilliance! - trying to guess which open tuning you're using here.

How you get that initial harmonic after the intro riff is unbelievable. It's so crisp and clear, yet everything around it still moves.
By the way, your CD is amazing. One of the best purchases I've ever made, next to buying my Larrivee.
