It's the "pop-punk" chord progression: I-V-vi-IV. In this video, they're playing E-C-Dm-A. I think somewhere in there, they switch to the "sensitive female" chord progression, which is just iv-IV-I-V, or Dm-A-E-C. It can be played in any key, though; the chords don't have to specifically be E-C-Dm-A, just as long as they retain that progression. For example, Moving it down two whole steps would give you C-G-Am-F, which is perfectly viable.
