i had mlb 2k10. i did not bother to buy mlb 2k11. the problem with 2k10 was this: beginners and average people had trouble hitting the ball and would resort to bunting the ball on almost every single at bat. thats not real baseball. even more annoying was the fact that they actually stood a chance of winning with this sissy boy tactic. i would realign the my defense and have the infield shift come in but errors and crappy luck always tend to happen

The Show is so much better, I'm glad I switched over to PS3 after my 360 decided to get the E74 and couldn't be fixed by Microsoft's "we'll get back to you when its convenient for us" customer service mentality. the pitching system in this game is good,the hitting is ok can be better, the dynasty mode
very weak the only thing you do is play games, how about having players demanding trade

@DellisHe - People either love or hate Madden period. Live was junk but was last one was decent ( Live 10 with Howard on the cover ). NHL is a beast! NCAA is good.
As for EA making a baseball game yes. They made MVP Baseball which just about everyone seemed to like bet it a 2K fan or Show fan. The point is, bet it EA or some other company it's time to give someone else a shot at this. 2K has done nothing but put out a mediocre game for over half a decade. It's time they moved on.

Why do they keep offering a $1,000,000 dollar contest when this game keeps losing money and fans at an alarming rate every year? It makes no sense to keep putting this crap out year after year when all they have to do is make a decent game and lose the $1,000,000 gimmick.
If there's a baseball "GOD" in the sky, 2K's license won't be renewed after this year. It's time someone else took a shot at this. Possibly EA.

Graphics still look the same as last year, although, new black scoreboard looks more sleek. The little baseball graphic in the top left corner looks like its for PS2.

Hm... Mass Effect 3 and MLB 2k12... Awesome! But I wish EA could make baseball games again or atleast another NCAA Baseball game. MVP Baseball 05 was the last best baseball video game. Though MLB 2k9 was decent.
