The guy talking in the video with the white jacket (2:14) towards the middle actually appears to be an Israeli. Israelis are part of numerous humanitarian groups in that region.

Simple and evocative, but consequently lacking in information. Does show in a limited way what the EU project materially provides, but focuses on the human aspect. Very well produced.
