  • Use body to apply movement and hand won't fatigue

  • There is no way you'd be able to hold that for 30-60 seconds. You are much better off using a belt, the ulnar side of the hand and using your body weight.

  • it's true. but if its the situation that we have no belts or any resistance for the upper arm not to move, this is the best technique XD
