I am a CNA and one of the houses i work at, jewelry got stolen. (It ended up being the night-time Cna worker, she assumed that she wouldnt get caught because they wouldnt no which CNA worker it was threwout the days because many go there.) little did she know the guy who owns the house works for a security company and his whole house is hooked up. Outside and inside. Even though he never retrieved his jewelry she still got introuble. Not only with the law but fired from our company.
lol its so funny how they get caught on tape sooo many times and when you hire a dog walker they have the ordasity to do the same things you see here i suggest before anyone hires a dog walker show this to the company and tell them that the camera could be anywhere, so you know your getting what you pay for cause thats just sad.
@jkraso528 company? what company? most dogwalkers walk dogs for money like the kid down the street that mows your lawn for 5 bucks every week. if these people were hired by anyone the entire concept would be a little more organized so stuff like this wouldn't happen as often....
@MrOmwaaco Not true.. and if there is a company you go threw then i could see how this could happen.. just like cna's etc.. She arrives to the house, notice noone is there, leaves to go do as she pleases. So she basically pretends like shes actually going to these peoples houses when shes not. The company would instantly fire her after they found out which i hope they did.
Ugh! Poor dog! Luckily the vast majority of PROFESSIONALS do their jobs! I ENJOY what I do and would NEVER do something like that. Sickening the jerks who come into this business trying to make "easy money" and not doing their job! REAL pet sitting is hard work... work 6-7 days a week, morning til evening and LOTS of work on holidays when everyone else has time off! But if you love what you do and you do it well, it's worth it! :)
ugh! This makes me so mad! It gives dogwalkers a bad name. I'm glad you caught it on tape. I am a dogwalker in S.F and it would NEVER enter my mind to just not walk someone's dog. He/she is so cute! There are jerks in every profession.
Please don't give up on dogwalkers! Most of us are truly responsible animal lovers who love what we do. I hope you got your money back--
@moonlady4444: She should be forced into a room the size of a closet and then made to relieve herself in that closet and HAVE TO STAY IN IT smelling it. That way she knows how it feels.
The point is that I hired this person to walk my dog, and all she did was walk in, look around to see if anyone is home, and then leave without taking the dog outside.

@sunia2 You posted a link to this on a google review for Doggie Daytrippers 9/8/10 but this video is over 1.5 years old. Is this accurate?

@Danmolaijn This happened last year. I waited until after my small claims court case was resolved to review - read my yelp review for the full story.

I think I'm missing the point of the video... All I see is people walking in and out of a hall...

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Dont mean to offend you, but why did you get a dog if you cant walk it?

I think you need to think about your question longer before you post it.

That totally sucks. Poor dog, and a lazy, uncaring dogwalker. Hope you fired that one! Clock in chair is an excellent idea.
