  • hey can you send me schematics?i wanna do a project at school for my welding class.

  • How long was the build

  • the suspension travel looks pathetic, looks like you would fuck your shit up if you go on any jumps higher than like 3 feet dude

  • GREAT job.

  • Hi, i knw this has probably been asked, but what shocks did you use? also, what kinda of material is the body made from? Steel? Aluminum? I know its pipe but whats the type or pipe? ID, OD? I am looking for an engine this weekend to start my project soon.

  • Can you please tell me what shocks you used? I want to build a similar buggy but need to figure that

  • how much did it cost?

  • omg this just looks rediculous / this is prob the best job or hobby in the world lol - i need to save for one XD

  • 4:05 amazing did you do it your self?

  • 1:10 it with bullets, where I can find it

  • awesome build! top notch fabrication, good job on the drive shafts

  • HEY! i got a question , what softwear did you use to sketch the body

  • at 4:05 what did you use to make the wheels... idk how to put this.. how did u make the thing that goes in and out on the drive shaft thing?

  • am wanting to build a buggy and was wondering what the dimensions of the steel tubing you used.

  • total cost?

  • where get plans to build one

  • Do you have a reverse gear on that bad boy. We built a custom buggy but we need to figure out a reverse gear. Can you help us?

  • @01jeepgc try a starter from a car and have a large gear water jet cut out that can bolt to your drive line

  • @01jeepgc Check out my page if your trying to figure out how to do a Gear Driven reverse, much more practical than a eletric starter.

  • @01jeepgcIve seen a reverse gear for projects like sportbike engined cars, their rated up to 500hp and run around 1k, but you can also run 6 gears in reverse!

  • @01jeepgc if you dont want to spend a butt ton of money on a reversing gear box {quaife etc} get the primary chain reversing setup off a snow mobile. easy peasy! cheap too. Just need to do a little mods, nothing big.

  • very very nice!! it makes me happy to see there is more people with that kind of patience ;)

  • hey i was wondering what kind of metal you used on the frame i am building a similar one and would love to know

  • lovin it...and the fat boy ...my old man has the same one....just that you probably ride it...he only has 1700miles on it

one question tho---i am planning on building something similar, how dificult was it to wire all the electronics and stuff?

  • How much did it cost to build, im building the same thing basically?

  • I wish I had the time... there are guys on ebay selling chassis check them out and on mini bggy.net some as low as $800.00

  • I have a kawaski 600 engine from my old bike and ive been wanting to do this could you build me a frame and how much

  • Is that the stock hp or has it bin modified

  • can you send me the plans via email

  • Looks like a sweet build, I am planning on doing a one or two seater mini sand rail to drag race at the dunes. I found a 280hp @ 10,000rpm 1000cc two stroke engine that weighs less than 100Ibs all set up for a centrifugal clutch. As long as I can keep my build close to 1000Ibs there should be nothing at the dunes that can keep up.

  • whats the name of that song

  • was ur plans all hand drawn or done up on a computer with a autocad

  • bad ass man i have to have one

  • whats the cost of building this thing.

  • ok i want to say first...damn! and now you need to get some TT tires and put that thing on the road!

  • Hey i like your drive line assembly. Help me out, how did you do it?

  • Vicarious

    Oh yeah, sick buggy!

  • I'm tellin you man, making these video's give's sooo many people hope of building something like this. I'm betting your a lot of people's hero right now. Right on, fantastic job. (*****)

  • hey man great build do you have plans for it. I am going to build one with my father for a highschool project in Metal Shop.

  • I was also wondering what kinda spindles you ended up using upfront

  • I am in love with your trailing arms/drive shaft set up. You just made my day because you fixed the problem I have with my projects plans. It is specced for dual A arm rearand I see nothing but problems with that.

  • nice buggy very nice machine and suspension where did you get those drive shaft? I want to get a set up like that.

  • hey im building a buggy simular to that one and im just kinda stumped on axles was gonna go with 930 cvs but i like your set up way better just wondering what kind of axles those are and if you designed your suspension yourself

  • I used a 14 series u joint and slip yoke for the drive shafts. they use a 1 3/8" shafting. I had to drill and tap 5 more set screw to ensure they would not move on wheel stub shafts. I have had good luck with them they only cost around 300 for the whole set up.compared to 1500+ for 930 CV's most farm stores have them in stock.

  • man that shit is rad...... one problem i dont know any of those things can u explain in detail how exactlly you did it im going to build my own sand rail at my school for my welding class

  • @gavenschwarze1 toyota car axles are pretty the standard for this sort of thing. Much less weight than the driveshaft setup seen on this car, and MUCH better angle out of the cv's single ujoint setup is not at all ideal, and you dont get much angle out of before they bind. 930's are the way too go, but pricey esp once u get into hubs and stuff. Just take the rear end out of a old supra. diff, cv axles, hubs everything you need right there. extend the axles with tubing.

  • Cool buggy

  • hey did you ever post the plans?? if so can i get the link thanks man.... looks sick

  • dude that is a beautiful build i need some plans for mine i have a 110cc powered motor for mine it sounds bad ass but i need a bad ass looking sand rail to go aound the motor.

  • ya iam with dave up there i would like to see a parts list and plans cuz i am gunna make one this summer?

  • NICE BUILD! Saw the ohio plate in tool box. Nice to see some more ohio boys with sand capable toys! Check out centerburg sand on youtube. We go up about 4 times a year.

  • Ya I will post the link

  • hey man sick build what kind of drive shaft are those their sick and where u get them at ????

  • @Midwestfabrication i was wondering how much you paid just for the tubing? i have almost everything else since i recked my bike

  • Did you make any plans or parts list for this that a person could use to build their own?

  • ya, did you?
