  • does this stop unwanted feedback? Because I want feedback on occasion =/.

  • @holyswordsmanoffaith no, it does nothing to feedback, you will be fine there...

  • A Strat was a good choice for this video because single coil pickups are really really noisy.

  • So if I have a reverb or echo pedal going thru it wouldn't kill the noise that the pedal providing? Just the excess fat from the sound?

  • @amaxlazer no, it will just take out hum type noise or background hiss type noise, everything else is not effected..

  • Great demo. Really makes a difference and I had no idea what it was until I saw your video. Thanks!

  • that strat looks signed. by who? Thanks.

  • @rokstr3 It was signed by John Goodsall who is a buddy of mine..from Brand X with Phil Collins, Fire Merchants and others..

  • One important detail Id like to see...is Hit one note & let it sustain completely with the pedal off, then the same note let it sustain completely with the pedal On. You did mention it doesnt cut off your sigal or kill your sustain, but Seeing is believing. or Hearing rather. Excellent vid. Im almost convinced.Just wondering how the actual sustain is effected On vs Off.

  • @97warlock That sounds like a good idea for a short video to test that or show, I will see what I can do here to show that for an update, thanks..

  • @73guy Cool, cuz id like to see that...I had the decimator & it does "fizzle" your sustain the last 10-20% of the note. Wondering if the Hush does that also.

  • @97warlock That sounds like a good idea for a short video to test that or show, I will see what I can do here to show that for an update, thanks..

  • What is the best MXR Smart Gate or Rocktron Hush ?

  • Put it in the effects loop, pleeeeeease put it in the effects loop!

  • I'm probably getting this somewhere down the road. Thank you for posting this

  • @MegaTallicaCovers It has really been a worth-while purchase for me, I would not be without it now that I am used to having it when I need it. Not that expensive for a great tool like that. It can really quiet the signal noise down.

  • I wooried it would change the tone also.... but it does not..... huh, it seems worth ir.

  • Hey Larry - nice information - thanks for posting!

  • @chikenwirevideo Thank you, it is fun to do.

  • Hey Larry, Nice presentation. Sounds similar to noise cancelling headphones. Didn't know you knew how to play! Tom L

  • @eelmot63 thanks Tom, I started playing at about 17yrs old, was in some bands over the years and like to jam.

  • Hi Larry, yes - it really is amazing - Dex

  • @Dexterhenschel thanks Dex
