I agree with Major on the voice.....softer is better. I LOVE Lauderdale by the Sea.! Since I moved to Florida, it's more than just an oasis, it's comfort. Comfort for the people who live here (the natives), those who just moved here, and yes, those that are just visiting. It's like our own personal safe-haven
Clue-by-4 for Ms. TP: It's simply Lauderdale-By-The-Sea (or LBTS to locals)--no *FORT* involved. Farther inland there are the municipalities of Lauderhill, North Lauderdale, and Lauderdale Lakes, all sans the "Fort". While Colonel Lauderdale got around, there was apparently only one fort, in, yep, you guessed it--City of Fort Lauderdale. In the surrounding 'burbs, we live dangerously, with no fort to protect us, lol.
PS: A softer, less stilted narrating voice would make these vids sweet.
