For me salvia was a very short trip. I really think this guy is putting on a show for his friends. It only lasted for like a minute with me. Toked it .......held it in for like 15 seconds....I felt alot of pressure on me, like someone was sitting on my whole body. This was about 5 seconds after I blow it out. It felt like Shrooms, bud and a hint of lsd.

Dude, I can keep the smoke in for at least 1min 15sec. I have done this thosands and thosands of times and I am perfectly fine. I also do it when I'm not smoking and it has some benefits. I run 15-20 miles every week and I can run at a fast pace for 2 miles with out feeling winded. I put a gps on me and it showed me running my fast pace at 15 mph, which might not sound fast but it is for a person. My top speed is 23mph.
