Whether or not there was racist intent in shooting watermelons, I don't know. Remember, watermelons are the biggest fruits, so they're fun to shoot. It wouldn't make sense to shoot an orange or a grape because they're too small. Regardless, we all know Ant is racist, he admits it himself, I just don't think this watermelon stuff was done because of it's relationship to blacks, I think a bigger reason was that watermelons are huge and huge, soft things that splatter when shot are fun to shoot at.
