C&C Renegade has been out for MANY years. This reborn game is an edit of Renegade, and it was not started by EA.

I don't know where you are getting your info but it is as wrong as it can get.

thats a fail if you upload a game and make it downloadable and its for like 70% not done, if i use singleplayer i cant shoot enemies i only got a little stupid map

They are releasing what they have so far, so that people can beta-test it and point out mistakes and stuff.

It helps the development.

Keep in mind that it's made by just a few guys from their home computers.

They are only making available downloads at certain points in the development. Right now there is no use for them to give the nice techs to you, it will happen in the future.

Perhaps you would understand if you were older and more patient.

reborn is stand alone, which means no using the shitty cd to play. which i think also means the multiplayer engine is non compatable with the pre existing renegade engine. so no worries with regaders going into a reborn server

RA2 is a spin off. RA1 is the prequel to TD, as Nod is directly mentioned. Anyway sayhign this looks way better then APB is a bad thing to do. APB tesxtures are old, and most have not been updated since 992 (over a year ago) whereas reborns stuff is brand new and made within the past few months. The next patch of APB will be gameplay related things and more maps. Version 1 will have the graphical overhaul and bring everything to high quality.

only ra1 could sort of, maybe, be considerred a prequel to Tiberian Dawn (although the obviuos question of "where'd all the tesla and time technology go??" springs to mind), RA2 and Yuri's Revenge went off on a whole differrent tangent of its own. good games on their own merit, but certainly incompatible with what purists would call "C&C Cannon".

Unless, you want link the to, Kane was in Red Alert briefing Stalin, so Tiberian Era could of occured After RA era, because it says on back of RA case, this is prequal to C&C, but I'll leave that to your imagination.
