In my oven I put aluminum on pan place FROZEN fillets on top, preheat to 425 and bake for 22 minutes.

I like to use frozen fish that come in cardboard boxes. I put the whole box in the oven which should be pre-heated to 400 degrees. You need to periodically open the oven to get some oxygen into the oven so the box burns evenly, nice smoky flavor.mmmmmmmmm, enjoy....

I love baked or broiled fish it tastes better than fried fish. Though I still love fried catfish. Not every fish tastes good fried.
