Not being rude. Ur chananel just happens to be the one I posted this on. . . I am very dissaponited that in the past 5 nail tutorials u people have used thoes stamps. U dontg have todo any hting to make that!!!! Its sevearly dissapointing!!!!!!!

@Kaiteyo4 there are definitely lots of free hand nail art tutorials out there too. I do both stamping and free hand tutorials. that being said, there are certain tips and techniques that can be used with stamping that I try to share throughout my stamping videos. it's not always as simple as I did in this tutorial.

In order to avoid frustration and disappointment in the future, perhaps you should narrow your search or simply not watch videos that indicate that they use stamping.

Do you only get one template when you buy the stamp? and does it comes with the scraper and stamper or do u have to buy those separately?

@Vvgirl98513 are you using Konad brand products? or other stamping plates and polishes that are like Konad? I find that the faux Konad products don't work as well. Also, check out the video I mentioned in my previous comment and let me know if they help or not.

maybe someone can answer this? everytime we go to scrape away the excess polish from the imprinted pattern, we wind up pulling the polish out of the grooves! it doesn't matter how fast we slide that little tool across the pattern. what we are left with is a "stencil" that is only partly filled in with polish. any suggestions? thanks!

@cocokisses222 i use my natural nails about 99% of the time. I use a practice hand for when i do tutorial that use 3d items like beads and fimo (b/c i can't stand wearing those on my own nails. :) or when i just don't feel like changing my manicure. :)

@GabyBeautyxo If the video was posted long enough ago, it was posted when the info box used to be on the side - thus: side bar. In Youtube's current format that info box is now located under the video. So if you're watching current videos people now say "under bar" or "below bar." That's why. ;)

@HKfreeaaak88 apply a really cheap quality RED nail color. these taste very bitter. so each time you take your nails in your mouth, the bitter taste will remind u not do do it. i know it sounds funny.. but it works

@lovelove9781 are the ones you're looking at genuine Konad brand? usually the cheaper ones are fake konad plates. But a brand that's also great is Bundle Monster. you can get those on amazon also.  :)

A tip for the mellow yellow would be to aply one coat of white then one coat of the mellow yellow it makes it brighter and X-tremely opaque! I just did my nail like an hour ago and i did that, and the yellow turned out very pigmented and just awesome, hope this helps! :)

@Bladeandus it dries pretty quick but instantly. so give it a minute before applying top coat to avoid getting the design streaky.

i have a question,is it only me,but i find a topcoat will cause the konad nail polish stamps to smear.is ther any way to prevent this?? is it the topcoat brand im using??

@leah19841 it might depend on the top coat you're using. I've found that Seche Vite works great. But I think the key is to use one that has a very soft and flexible brush. Use a light touch when applying top coat, and maybe give it a little time to dry before applying the top coat.

Other brands that seem to work is Essie's Good To Go. I'm sure there are more out there that work well too but that's all I've tried with Konad so far.

@1000smileyface You can get them at the Konad Website for $6.50 for one but if you don't want to pay for that (I know I don't for one stamp) then you can go to Amazon they have a bundle of 21 for $17.99 I just bought mine today. Hope that helps!

@ilovezebrasa20 it's a totally ancient wet'n'wild. it's several years old. they don't make it anymore - or they just repackaged it. but it works well b/c it's old and kinda dried out.

i just got the starter kit of this today which has 1 plate number m3 a stamper a scraper and a konad red and a white,when i apply the polish and then use the stamp hardly any of the nail polish is goin on the stamper, i have tried thick coat of polish on the stencil and scraping hard and light but it doesnt come out nice like urs, what am i doinf wrong

Hi, thanks for your reply. I asked someone on another tutorial for this, and they gave me the simplest tip that corrected everything. They told me to make sure to stamp down on the plate straight up and down. When I bought the kit in the mall, the lady who demonstrated it rolled the stamp over the plate. I couldn't do whatever technique she was doing. It was such a simple correction, but I tried it right away and now I have done my nails twice and it's worked perfectly.

I have this stamping system...and I do the exact same thing you do but the stuff doesn't come off the plate as well and it doesn't roll off the stamper too well. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I even use their own polishes...I'm going to try it again right now.
