I was took all my gradings under Sadashige Kato Shihan, I miss him shouting at me, maybe I should start training again.

Congratulations tinbhoy1888! I graded to shodan last year with Sensei. My instructor told me that Kanazawa sensei once said that there is no one in the world who teaches karate in the same way as Sensei Kato. Thats a compliment!

I never heard of sensei Sadashige, but he looks like he train in a very methodic way which is very good for basic

i started training in 1962.. have trained under many japanese sensei but this sensei is the best his way of teaching is second to none.

I started in 1974 and had this man as a regular instructor in Clonmel. I was always very impressed with his skill both as a teacher and excellent shotokan man the best really. Karate is very fragmented in Ireland nowaday but I still remember the good old days
