I'm beginning to try and keep sabbath but am confused about the day. I believe it's Saturday NOT Sunday, would most of you agree or do you all believe it's Sunday?

@teal2210 Sunday is actually the worship of the beast. Most churches worship on Sunday. They have been deceived. Saturday is the 7th day which is the last day of the week which is the day God rested. The Sabbath starts from Friday 6PM - Saturday 6PM. That's 24 hours
The Sabath was made for the man to keep it wholly. He rested, blesed it and santified it. Separating us from those who have the mark of the beast "Sunday worshippers". Do not worship the Fariceos doctrines. Worship Gods law and comandment.

Paul wouldl never tell them the Law of Moses was "optional"

Then is a warning from His own lips about breaking the "least" of the commandments.
There is nothing wrong with people setting aside saturday for the Lord, but the problem comes in when people make it a mandatory thing for their salvation.
Salvation comes solely and totally from the Lord apart from the works we do. We're not going to be deemed loyal by keeping one command, we'd have to keep them all to be deemed loyal and no one has ever done that but Jesus Christ.
However, the good news is Jesus took all our sin upon himself and paid our price so we could be saved.

Yes, the Sabbath is the day we honor the Creator. Why anyone would not want to honor the Creator, I have no idea. Why people would fight not to keep the Sabbath, but not fight about the other commandments shows the devil really does not want man to honor the Creator. The deception is centered on getting man not to honor God.
In Romans 14:5 Paul is addressing the very same topic he addressed in Col 2:14-17. New converts into Christianity from the Gentiles were being told by the Jews that they had to observe the 7 yearly sabbaths and the ceremonial laws regarding food an drink. Paul was showing that this was not the case. (for more insight into Col 2:14 look at Deut 31:26 and 2 Chr 33:8- the 'hand'writing, 'against us'). The ceremonial laws were abolished at the cross when the shadows met their type in Christ.
And the scribes and pharisees watched him,whether he would heal on the sabbath day that they might find an accusation against him" Luke 6:7.Then said Jesus,. . .is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good or to do evil? to save life , or to destroy it?" Verse 9.
Tell me why our Lord Jesus did many miracles on the Sabbath which make the priest to be angry at Him. Our Lord also said that the Sabbath was made for the man. It is that right?
That is right. And to their charges, Jesus calmly replied, "'My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.' Through the operations of nature, and by the ministration of angels, God is constantly working to sustain and bless humanity. I am working in perfect harmony with my Father."
That is actually something worth noting: that God is always working. If God is always working, what work did he cease on the seventh day, and did he ever start that work back up again?
It's rather interesting when Jesus said my father worketh hitherto and I work. This means that God didn't completely rest from all his works on the seventh day, but that he rested from a specific work, and he rested because that one specific work was completed. It had nothing to do with the day itself, but it revolved around the fact that he completed his work and in completeness there is rest.
Thus when Christ completes us, as he did creation, there is only rest.
The PHARISEES added many stipulations on the Sabbath that were not commanded by GOD. Like not cooking or carrying things of a certain weight or caring for the sick! Jesus told it is good to do good on the Sabbath if your ox falls in the ditch on the Sabbath get it out. Meaning be kind too and even more so on the Sabbath if we keep the commandments without love we have missed the whole point of the commandments. The Pharisees keep the law but forgot to love. They missed the point Let us remember
I did not know about the Sabbath before until 1 day God revealed it to me..
and I asked the holy spirit to guide me to understand.. and then I STUDIED BY MY OWN.. No helps.. no additional source.. just straight from the bible as my single source w/ the holy spirit as my guidance..
It is powerful enough for me to understand clearly about the Sabbath true..

The spirit has lead me to adjust my worship to the real Sabbath (Friday evening to Saturday evening). How can I better learn to practice it?
Also, I'm having a difficult time finding a denomination other than SDA who worship on Saturdays or Fridays. :/

Some say, Sabbath is old covenant, bla, bla, bla. Tell me, was there covenant in Eden?
hey, come on, keeping Sabbath will just make our lives happier and more meaningful.
Why not search a relationship with Jesus on the seventh-day, the day He separated just for us and Him??

There is nothing wrong with people setting aside saturday for the Lord, but the problem comes in when people make it a mandatory thing for their salvation.
Salvation comes solely and totally from the Lord apart from the works we do. We're not going to be deemed loyal by keeping one command, we'd have to keep them all to be deemed loyal and no one has ever done that but Jesus Christ.
