The flag itself is not moving, it was tightly packed and hence what you can see are all the creases in the material (they didn't bring a steam iron with them ;-)). It would have looked similar on earth, except our heavier gravity would have straightened out the creases a little more.

Go outside and look at the moon some time. The whole thing doesn't have craters. There are large areas without craters. The first landing was in an area without many craters.

The Moon rocks and six foot intact core tube samples have been studied around the world and verified to be non-terrestrial. It is the most documented human achievement ever.

The only possibly compelling reason to return to the moon would be for long-duration missions to mine Helium 3 or do astronomy. Pictures of the moon made in 1971 and 2008 are IDENTICAL. Guess why?

@snaredrum110 The top doesn't move, though. The flagpole swivels side to side because it's attached to a point like a whirly washing line. Later missions attach this in the ground before the flagpole goes in after the time it took to put it in during 11.
You can see the wire top and the hinge in the picture on the video, those parts don't move at all, only the unwired bottom and end do.
By the way, the use of the word "Fail" makes you look like an idiot.
The flag looks like that because it was customised by NASA to have a wire rod along the top, hence the narrower red stripe. The rod was hinged onto the pole so it wouldn't be too fiddly for the spacesuits. The flag was then crammed into a cover so it was covered in creases, the moon's gravity and the lack of air pressure meant that the creases wouldn't drop out as easily on earth and that is what causes the "billowy look" to the flag.

The shadow of the flagpole is hidden by the uneven ground. The flags shadow is outside the picture due to the low sun.

Mostly, the retouching is quite easy to spot. Photoshop can be very hard to detect, if it's well done.
I must admit, that since English is not my native language, I'm not quite sure if retouching by hand can be called "photoshopping" too...

The O'Leary guy had a partial training as astronaut, but has never been in space. He said that NASA maybe COULD have faked it, not that they DID. Of course they COULD, if they firdt invented ways to send signals from Moon without being there, totally new film special effects and a way to hide the Apollo ships in space after they were launched...

Six lunar landings are a solid FACT. Taught in every academic institution around the world. The Moon rocks and six foot intact core tube samples have been studied around the world and verified to be non-terrestrial. The massive amount of scientific data returned has spawned hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies and is still studied today. Impossible to fake that amount of evidence for so long. It is the most documented human achievement ever.

Why go back and do the same thing again? It's extremely dangerous and very very expensive! Everything we learned, the Soviets/Russians now know. The only possibly compelling reason to return to the moon would be for long-duration missions to mine Helium 3 or do astronomy. Long-duration on the moon is exponentially more difficult, dangerous and expensive. Have you read about the economy recently? And there is no Cold War to drive anyone's nationalism.

The Japanese KAGUYA mission (2008) made 3D visualizations of the lunar surface. These and an actual Apollo 15 photograph were compared. Although some of the detail is missing (as the individual rocks are below the 10 meter resolving power of the orbiting camera), the scenes are identical.
Pictures of the moon made in 1971 and 2008 are IDENTICAL. Guess why?

@snaredrum110 The top doesn't move, though. The flagpole swivels side to side because it's attached to a point like a whirly washing line. Later missions attach this in the ground before the flagpole goes in after the time it took to put it in during 11.
You can see the wire top and the hinge in the picture on the video, those parts don't move at all, only the unwired bottom and end do.
By the way, the use of the word "Fail" makes you look like an idiot.

The flag looks like that because it was customised by NASA to have a wire rod along the top, hence the narrower red stripe. The rod was hinged onto the pole so it wouldn't be too fiddly for the spacesuits. The flag was then crammed into a cover so it was covered in creases, the moon's gravity and the lack of air pressure meant that the creases wouldn't drop out as easily on earth and that is what causes the "billowy look" to the flag.

The video here is just showing stills. You can't see the flag "waving" on a still... The wrinkled flag is hold up by a metal rod in the upper part so it shall not hang like a rag. The videos actually showing the flags "waving", clearly shows that it doesn't move when no one touches it. No wind.
The shadow of the flagpole is hidden by the uneven ground. The flags shadow is outside the picture due to the low sun.
