@TheOverlordPrinny you get legendary Excalibur go to land of carnage then you get to floor 100 you get to floor 99 in holt village to make it easier and exit at floor 99 then go to LoC then enter sword finish 99 floor and the item god will have the strongest sword then you steal it from him he will probably be lv 9999

Laharl. Because his sword stats is 'S' Adell's fists are only 'A' but take note that you'll only be the strongest when you have the right stats. Which means, go and knock yourself out by Transmigrating till yo have the stats. BTW you can still beat Laharl without transmigrating over and over again. You just need to be at a high level FOR NOW. When you get use the 'Stronger Enemies bill', then you'll have to reconsider. Hope this helps =)

it should be on youtube but i might as well tell ya... forgot which area but in the area where the nekomatas are in an area where they are on a field which increase thier lvl 10% each turn. you get the highest lvl possible at your current lvl you can capture than continue moving up in the nekomatas lvls till u can capture one at lvl 9999. takes around 2 hours or more. oh and if you don have a high lvl make sure you leave only one nekomata is alive or else you might die. bring kunoici for sleep.

try catchign a lvl 120 nekomata

than a lvl 240 or so

than keep this process up and u'll reach 9999 sooner or later... remember to heal at the healer after each capture

well.. i think your sup. to use the cat+throw to kill really high upped cave of ordeals and you can get a lot of chars to just hit them= they get exp:|? Since once you can solo that&get range on your specials Ord. 4 has lvl250 lolclowns(which if you slapped around a few hun. lvl arounds w/kitty would be pretty killable)(they are also on +50%exp geo), that gets you a few k decently+itmwrd to upgrd(even w/storecrap) should get you to LOC (2x stats BUT 2x exp monsters:D) But yeah..maybeitsnot that

well thats just in the psp version :P....in the ps2 one i think laharl really is the strongest....btw mao has slightly higher stats than laharl...when i got mao(level 3200) my laharl was level 3500 and i disequiped them and mao had higher stats :P

Well it's been a while since I've played so I'll just go by memory. From the sound of it you passed the "pick a fight with an overlord" bill too early. What you have to do is to only pass that bill after you meet Laharl for the 1st time in the main storyline

However, that's just part 1 and you'll only get Flonne first. After you do that you gotta fight Laharl again after passing another bill

You have to talk to the dark court is the best i can remember. Now, you actually fight him twice, once to get Flonne, the next time to get him, just check up on the dark court eventaully there will be the option "fight the ultimate overlord" or something like that(But be careful, there are two options.....)

just level up to around 200 get some statistian. max 300 (3xEXP) and then you unlock Cave of Ordeal in Assembly, and level p so that you can beat CoO level3 in one hit with Winged slayer and train more, and when you take 1/3 more than they have in HP add two lvl's in "stronger monster" and do so untill you reach 1100 in "stronger monster", that's a easy way to train. you mean what a transmigration level is?

when you level up let's say 9999 you you transmigrate to get bonus stats on given stat. and the more levels you gain the more transmigration stats are given to you when you are going to transmigrate.

Doing this alot of times you get more stats to put out and 30 is said to be pretty overpowered, I personally think it's not.

I have not played fo more than 80h and I have 87 stats in transmigration. So my total lvl is around 24500 on laharl.

I beat cave of Ordeal many times over at lvl 0, at lvl 100 he takes 800k-1000k with winged slayer (9x800k-1000k). So train alot and play at hardest settings "stronger enemies" 1100
