I have a FSX Deluxe with SP2 installed. Will it be worth buying Acceleration? Will I need to reinstall my game or can I just install Acceleration on my current FSX?

Hi i have already downloaded fsx deluxe and still have acceleration to download. Will it effect my deluxe if i download acceleration even thought i have add on planes i don't mind if i lose them but i mind if i loose fsx deluxe.

@rs8342 It won't hurt at all. I have deluxe, plus acceleration, plus REX2 and it works like a dream. It helps to have something like Core I5 processor and 6 gig ram to really appreciate, but well worth money spent.

@benzipz its an add-on/upgrade. it fixes some more bugs and adds additional content. Some of you add-ons may not work but most do. It includes SP2 if you dont have it aswell

@benzipz as to which bugs it fixes, im not entirely sure, some of them may be to do with the airports,actually, i think it fixes something to do with London, (England) having the Thames a bit cocked up with water disappearing... And yes, it comes with the FA-18, P-51 Mustang and my favourite the EH101 Helicopter, whilst the cockpit isnt great its a challenge to fly and the missions are great to go with it, (they all are really for any of the aircraft) well worth getting if you havent already

Acceleration pack is a expension pack, it introduces DX10 preview into FSX more planes and missions.

I using FSX deluxe edition and acceleration pack is mandatory.I have spend over 1000 pounds into FSX add ons and Im affaid Acceleration pack is the must to get you FSX up to date.
