I've been looking for this for ages! thanks for posting. Shame there isn't a better quality version on youtube.
This was 1 of two races that Thorpe lost that he should have won. the other being the 4*200 from athens.
It's pretty hard to believe that Phelps now does a 1:42!!!

ya stupid speedo suits zzz its being stupid now these world records ofc they do get broken but they are just getting broken way too fast to be saying there that much better swimmers today
