  • Anyone who thought that the jury would side with a pretty blond white girl ...please give your head a shake.

  • Bailey: Have you ever read that section of the police manual?

Cop: Probably, but I don’t remember how long it’s been. But yes, I probably have. I read the entire manual when I was studying for sergeant…

Bailey: But you don’t NOW recall what’s even in it?

    LOL, owned!

  • “All footprints can be seen with the naked eye?”

“If they’re visible they can be”

LOL!!! What a DUMB cop!! No wonder O.J. got off.

  • OWNED!!! U maaaad

  • LAPD owned!!!!!!!!

  • Love it. Living legend and genius. He embarrassed them ha, ha. The prosecution in this case was in waaaay over their heads. They had nothing for the Dream Team.

  • I like around the 2:40 mark where Bailey says, "Oh, you didn't say that? Pardon me...WASN'T THE EVIDENCE STARING YOU IN THE FACE!?"

    F. Lee Bailey is scary on cross.

  • @BigFreeze83 Bailey let it go rather than have the reporter read back his testimony. Bailey was right. He said it didn't seem "likely." I also like it when Bailey says, "Then if the killer wasn't a dog..." And when he pounded the table. Also how he breaks the rules of cross exam taught in law school. They say never to let the witness explain with a "how" question on cross, but to ask leading questions only. After 3:18, he asked "how." Like Burger King, he knew when to break the rules.

  • @itschip378

Even if Baily asks a "how" question, he already knows the answer to it.

    The man is a pro!

  • F. Lee Bailey is no sleeper, he caught Furhman big time at 8:03 of the clip. Where as another lawyer would reply: "yeah, why not"? e.t.c.

  • At 8:10 Furhman messed up big time, Bailey did well there to expose his sloppy work.

  • @79Testo 15 years later this cross examination is a classic, I have learned a lot about deductable reasoning from it, an busted a lot of people who lie lol lol MARKKK

FUUURMAN AM A LIAR I AM A FELON, nuff said.

  • @btonye

You bet, I bought all of F. lee Bailey's cross examinations in the Simpson trial on DVD. I Watched them and love them.

  • @79Testo : Is it possible u share it to us? there is no source to buy or see here in the Philippines, especially for us lawyers in the province [country].

  • This Cop got owned!

  • Have you ever used the word "nigger" in the past 10 years detective Fuhrman?" lol

  • I was hanging out with my drinking cronies yesterday and we started to talk about this trial. I was going off on a rant about all the fuck ups that the prosecution made. It was like a stand up comedy act. I was in a zone mimicking OJ trying to put the glove on and immitating F Lee Baily when he asked Furhman if he ever used the N word. The whole bar was laughing there ass off. I think I should take my act on the road and start a new career as a stand up comic. You can't make this shit up.

  • @rjplamf61 In "Outrage," Bugliosi explained the DA's blunders well. Marcia Clark was a legal error machine. So many frivolous objections by her too. Ito should have muzzled her nonsense.

  • @itschip378 Bugliosi would have put simpson away, even with this jury

  • @AroundSun Yeah, too bad we missed the dream team in a fair fight vs. Bugliosi. Darden and Clark were picked for the race and gender. I hate political correctness and affirmative action. It makes people feel morally superior while doing an injustice. The people of the state of California were the party against OJ! And Gil Garcetti picked two lightweights. But one had a tan and one had a skirt, so that was good enough for him. He CARES so much. He failed to deliver justice! Liberals suck.

  • @itschip378 Well, a liberal got O.J. off (i.e. Dershowitz), so they don't all suck.

  • @itschip378

From 7:53 and on, F.Lee Bailey shows what a cross examination is all about. You can see Marcia Clark getting irritated and she cannot object cause those are really pointed questions that are pinning Fuhrman down, in regards to not questioning the next door made. All Chris Darden and Marcia can do is watch their most important witness going down little by little.

  • @rjplamf61 Stfu retard

  • Welll.. to me, the Fuhrman cross examination was very very riveting, after

a slow start where Bailey gathered information. I recall parts where Fuhrman

was wavering in the first day over Kathleen Bell,as an example... Fuhrman maintained his composure throughout but Bailey was able to show motive

and opp to plant the glove, how Fuhrman orchestrated events. Bailey's

accusations were textbook on how to cross examine a witness. One

man's boring is another man's exciting.

  • Can you add videos of the cross examination of Detective Mark

Furhman, the crss examination of the century?

  • @ClassicBob100 I disagree. The Fuhrman cross-x was mostly boring. Sgt. Rossi's cross-X was better. Scheck's cross-x of Fung puts people to sleep. Scheck makes no distinction between the important and the trivial.

  • This guy is a god

  • @sm0kie421 Yes, it's good for law students and lawyers to see his command of the witness and ability to think on his feet. He keeps his eye on the witness and not on his notes. He has no notes. He has studied and rehearsed what he wants to say already. He can make adjustments on the fly based on the answers he gets, as opposed to reading a list of questions disconnected to the witness's answers.
