@raydenPGD111 thats correct the more fat you have on your body supports muscle growth creating a more secure anabolic environment for muscle growth and development. A good body fat percentage for optimum muscle growth is around 12-14% body fat.....this varys depending on your metabolism and DNA. Cheers.
