  • @captainshitto coming from someone with your handle this is obviously a compliment. Glad you are sophisticated enough to appreciate experimental film. Just wondering if you reserve shit for the things you like best. Keep on keepin' on!

  • @stewarthome just wondering where Goethe comes into anything? or why colour=harmony?

  • @captainshitto colour = harmony because the soundtrack is purely drums, the harmony comes from the visuals which is colour rather than image. Obviously I'm referencing three figures with very different interests in colour at the beginning. I presume among other things you're familiar with Goethe's "Theory of Colours" (Zur Farbenlehre)...

  • @stewarthome not really. i`m a brickie. i`ll google it though

  • @captainshitto No particular reason anyone should be familiar with that unless they were interested in Goethe or colour... but since you asked I assumed you were interested in one or both......

  • @stewarthome i read Faust once

  • @captainshitto Have you read or seen The Tragicall History of the Life and Death of Doctor Faustus by Christopher Marlowe too? That's one play I can dig - an oldie but goldie and better smelling by far than contemporary English theatre!

  • @stewarthome yeah its super. have you seen The Devil and Daniel Mouse? thats nice. also there is a similar theme found in some novellas published by Miklls and Boone...especially during the 70s..

i just gave myself the creeps

  • @captainshitto I don't watch too many animations and Halloween is more of a north American thing.... so no ain't seen The Devil and Daniel Mouse......

  • @stewarthome i bet you have really

  • @captainshitto You'll never know for sure - ambiguity is a groove sensation!

  • @stewarthome not really

  • @captainshitto Great ambiguous reply! I don't know if you're agreeing with me when I say you'll never know for sure, or disagreeing that ambiguity is a groove sensation! Ambiguity I love it!

  • @stewarthome not sure really

  • @captainshitto Now that's even more ambiguous. You must be Cindy Sherman and I claim my 25 million dollars!

  • @stewarthome they used to do that at seaside resorts.i think it was the Sun newspaper. one week it`d be Blackpool, the next it was Rhyl and so on. i think you had to spot a bloke called Eric.it was probably about ten quid though.

  • Trotsky was later to regret nipping out to order a chinese during a particularly important meeting of the Politburo.

  • thanx for saying that again..... you can say it again and again if you like!

  • Mais oui, mais oui, there is only one double bed for 400 a month, and only gays really put out. Mind you, the GHB and head from a hot Brazillian stud is truly suite ma no? Almost the best deepthroat I ever had...

  • yeah, it often gets that way for me, but what I always say is concentrate on the breathing and you'll end up with the best orgasm ever!

  • 1. Yes, hold your breath as deeply and for as long as possible during the build. Then at exactly the right moment as ejaculation begins, exhale quite slowly but with a fair amount of pressure. You need to add to this pressure by restricting the air flow from the mouth through a technique of firmly contracting your facial lips while holding your mouth slightly open, evenly to the edge of the lips so it forms a horizontal slit.

  • or you can use a segment of orange at the front of the mouth as an aid if you find the above difficult....

  • 2. You can add to the resulting sensation by allowing the lower lip to quiver slightly so it comes into contact gently with the top lip near the centre of the mouth but slightly to the edge on one side. However I haven't discovered how to trigger the facial numbness and tingling sensation of the nose, which I only experience every couple of years, either from a blow-job or as a result of drinking an entire bottle of wine and hitting five drops of mescaline before breakfast.

  • oh a bag of ice cubes can come in handy as an aid when doing this if you have quite reached tantric orgasm master level yet.... and of course for the chill factor using a stiff straight out of the morgue fridge can make things easier (but if you want to try this do remember to get permission from the body in question before they die, since if sex ain't consensual it juat ain't right)....

  • 3. Mind you, once or twice I got sucked off and immediately following orgasm I was struck by a headache that felt like a shard of rock-hard ice had been imbedded in my skull. Also, once I fucked Jonathan Rosss wife so hard I split the inner tube and was pissing bloody mucus for a week.

  • Sounds like you're suffering from the Trotsky Block, but just keep trying and you'll break through to the next level eventually.....

  • Trotsky was later to regret nipping out to order a chinese during a particularly important meeting of the Politburo.

  • You can say that again...

  • I can't take this seriously. Pass the Courvoisier miniature and the Dremel...

  • but isn't that the postmodern condition? you can't take anything seriously..... yeah in a world of ever proliferating margins a soft centre is not the place to be.... more fruit, less suites?????

  • What does this have to do with Oxum?

  • if you read the text on the side you'll see it is explained.....

  • ...when I viewed Oxum before I added the sound, I found myself taken back to 2004 when I'd attended a Candomblé ritual for the Goddess Oxum in a broken down hall in a Brazilian town along the bay from Rio. I had already considered a number of titles for this film before watching it through for the first time, none of which specifically invoked either Candomblé or Oxum, but the specificity of the imagery this viewing conjured up was so striking that the title imposed itself upon me.

  • Psicodelia Pura!!!

  • toot toot!

  • I've a set of security video tapes I rescued from a skip the other week. They're off a camera right in the High Street so I'm going to put them up a new YouTube channel in the hope that somebody who's in them will recognise themselves and get in touch via the email link.

  • and one they get in contact you could do a re-enactment of their own footage with them, but using hand held camera! Wow!

  • That's a great idea in principle but too time-consuming in practice. I'd rather just ransack their flats

  • why not just get them to do it with their own camera while you ransack their flats????

  • I've an even bettter idea. I'm gonna get them to ransack their won flats while I do myself with my own camera. See? Sometimes the simple solutions are best!

  • my soul has been psychedelicised!

  • hey that's just the power of my movies, you won't believe what will happened if you meet me in person, so I won't tell you all you gotta do is experience it!

  • I know what happens. It'll be the same as the previous times. First you initiate a conversation about The Chapman Brothers as a means of mentioning Grant Morrison then you work your way toward Scandanavian Situationism at which point you fall backwards out of third floor window managing to spill not a drop of Islay as you land on your feet.

  • and I owe it all to my most infamous family member Ray The Cat Jones, who Mad Frankie Fraser says in one of his books made the greatest ever solo escape from jail....

  • trippy ones I hope...

  • I keep seeing sync lines near the end.

  • This is cool. i'd like to see the full-length version.

  • Yeah, hope to do some cinema or installations of the full version before too long, maybe I should stream elsewhere so I can put up some of my longer stuff, but for now YouTube seems alright as I still need to catch up on a lot of my old super 8 and video from eighties and digitise it, let alone put up the new stuff I'm making.

  • but thanks for putting the effort in. i feel the rhythm track is a little too varied (busy fills etc) and narratively interesting to achieve the desire monotonous effect. a looping edit of fast-forwarded segments from La Monte Young's "31 VII 69 10:26 - 10:49 PM Munich from Map of 49's Dream The Two Systems of Eleven Sets of Galactic Intervals Ornamental Lightyears Tracery" would have been slightly more trance-inducing.

ah - the video has finished.

  • Yeah, La Monte Young can really do it on the monotony front, he rocks!

  • i am too busy observing what is happening off-screen in my living room to pay much attention to this, i'm afraid. in that respect, i'm hoping to open up a rich seam on these online video streaming sites. already this morning, selecting but not watching several featured videos on youtube has led me to some fascinating conclusions about the nature of my bowel movements following the consumption of tea brewed for some 7 minutes.

  • Yeah, I always think tea should be brewed for at least 7 minutes....
