EEEEEEEEPIIIIIC FAAIIIIIIIILLLLLL!!! Easiest boss in the game. At the start, jump over one of the shelves, whip out your small chainsaw (You DO have a small chainsaw, right?), run around behind him and hack away a few times. I killed him with 4 swings at level 18.

Also, why does he say it's HIS store, when his name is Steven and it clearly says on the sign out front that it's SEON'S Food and Stuff?

I think Steven is the manager of the store and the store he works at is a chain store(like Walmart) if he was the actual store owner I doubt he would be at the store.(and he definitely wouldn't be dressed in an employee uniform.)
