I haven't seen either version, and already I can see this one is better. Lucy was approximately 57 when this was made. She looks great!

@64098 yeah they really didnt need to remake anything! lol i thought the original was great sooo funny, Lucy is sarcastic and with dry humor throughout the whole movie just makes it a must see. . . one of my favorite films!! my mother and i would watch this all the time!

@kellina84 My mother and I would watch this all the time, too! One of our favorites to watch on the VCR; we taped it off cable and preferred it to most of what was on TV. It was one of the reasons I re-evaluated Lucy; now I love her, too. It is just such a warm, human film.
