We are proud of our history, as us true Chelsea fans don't neccesarily see 'history' as winning trophies. United fans or Liverpool fans don't know what it's like to be in a relagation battle in division 1, and those were the most fun days that I've ever followed Chelsea. We took 12000 fans up to Sunderland on a weeknight league game once, when away support was banned. That's history.

Yes yes yes, but fact is, you are the 2nd most successful club of all time in England. Chelsea are 11th, yet we still have the 5th highest attendance average. Our away support was bigger than every other Division 1 club in the mid-80s, when Chelsea were in Division 2 (except you admittedly), but still, that's pretty good going don't you think? And Chelsea were the only team to bring large numbers away when away travel for fans was banned. But I suppose it was our fault everyone was banned.

I'm not sure about the limited chants but I won't get into an argument about it. The chants that Chelsea fans sung first and still do are Carefree, one man went to mow, celery and I'm pretty certain about Blue Flag. United probably do have the most original chants, but you only really hear them at away games. I'll admit that United's away fans are the best in the country. I thought that we got away fans banned because a couple or dickheads set the Chelsea train alight on the way back from Hull?
