@mattieandbelle Thank you!! The transparencies used in this video are by Hambly Studios, but it is very easy to make your own using inkjet transparencies - stamp with a solvent ink - like Staz-on so that the ink will dry.
hi lucy! first, i love the happy sound of kids in the background! i am a metalsmith learning collage and have not liked any background classes so for, just not my style, and now i found you! i love your work, fits my personality! big mahalo and i will be seeing more of you! angi in hana
I throughly enjoyed your video. It gave me wonderful ideas to create my own wall pieces using odds and ends laying around the house. I admire anyone who is this creative. The pieces I create will be unique and beautiful in my Oncology Facial Suite. I love different textures metallics, stones, anything which comes from nature that can be brought indoors.
WOW!! TALK ABOUT MAKING SOMEONE SMILE. THATS WHAT YOUR VIDEOS DO FOR ME, THEY NOT ONLY MAKE ME SMILE BUT, KEEP ME SMILING. I, RECOVERING FROM CERVICAL SPINE SURGERY. 6 SCREWS IN MY NECK. BY TWOs SIDE BY SIDE. 2, 4, 6. THANX SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL ART WORK IT MAKES MY DAY. I LOOK 4WARD 3C MORE! Ginger. SMILE... GINGRZONIT@GMAIL.COM
Actually you are using some pretty advanced procedures; Decocomania, which Max Ernst used on his canvases as well. I have searched for hours for a way to recycle all my many scraps. Thanks so much for this video. :)
I'm sure your project is wonderful but you need to get the person holding the camera to be much more smooth. It gives me a headache to try to watch with all the shaky movement. Totally spoils it for me.
@pamlongclu I believe she was holding it herself - hence the movement issue. I do love your work though; simplifies the technique. A tripod perhaps? TFS
Lucy, you're a great teacher, could you tell us a little about the transparencies, do you make them yourself? If so, by stamping? Thanks!

Wow - never heard of Shimmerz Paints before....will have to look for some.

@dpquiltsca
Thanks for watching! Any type of glittery paint would work as well, if you don't have any Shimmerz. :)

Love the shimmer and the sheerness of the paints, and the idea of using and reusing the coffee filters. Thanks for the ideas!
