@Downbrokenhearts my examples are extreme to get the point across easier, that's why people use examples. the point is that if something is implied, and the implication is different from what it actually is, the person who implied whatever it was, in this case that he was playing the game, is the person at fault. if i say "omg, look, it's the zelda game!" it implies it's being played. if you saw a bot moving around on screen you would be disappointed.
