@Florian00007 Goto the helioviewer site and input the date of 12/12/2011 for yourself for the SDO 304 images set for 1 minute increments. Zoom in and watch carefully, because it is only for one frame. After I made the video, Dr Keith Strong was nice enough to inform me that the odd frame was indeed a cosmic ray hit.

A saturated cosmic ray hit. The bright group of pixels with the streak running along the detector pixels is the give away.
