@TheDarkprince0001 People are upset that they cancelled this, but if they made this one come out and cancelled the one now, people would say "Why did they cancel that one?" Its one of the attributes and weaknesses of a human, to like what you dont have and be ungrateful to what you do. Either way, Resident evil 4 is awesome.

@Toxicmetal09 The reason why America didn't use the title Biohazard because the band Biohazard already use this name. Since capcom doesn't want to pay the copy right thing they have no choice but to change the name to Resident Evil. But honestly, i think Biohazard is way more suitable for the game... there's nothing going on with the Evil or Devil thing, is just outbreak of virvus and become Biohazard.

By cancelling this, they doomed the Resident Evil series. They could have easily reworked the minor problems (the paranormal enemies for starter) and turned out another solid resi game.

Are you people insane? RE4 was an incredible game. Sure, this looks like a cool demo/beta version, but I'm happy with what was made. SH: Downpour is going to be released soon, and if you ask me, both Konami and Vatra games should've watched this several times to get inspiration for it.

They cancelled it because it was too "supernatural" for Resident Evil. All those living dolls and ghost men were actually hallucinations from the virus Leon gets infected with. He was also supposed to die at the end of the game but the dev team didn't like that idea.

@Truxnan true this does look better than resi 4 but i don't think fighting ghosts or fog really fits anywhere in the storyline, unless they would have a really good explanation of what's going on without making it too cheesy. though i do love the horror theme this gives, unlike the actual resident evil 4. they should have an alternate reality version of the storyline making this game's events possible and of course a game of it to back it up.

@thispersonb3a57 I think it could've handled it, because it preloaded each room and all rooms are pretty small, whereas in RE4 each area is pretty spacious, hence the lower detail in everything.

If you look closely in 0:30 you'll see that his weapons has A LOT more of details that the one introduced in Re4, When they changed to the current version, they were forced to reduce the details because they were now using bigger scenarios...
