healing surge is garbage for resto shamans. see that 22k crit? yeah, that's terrible. not worth the mana. kind of like druid regrowth :C we can't all have the benefit of having a fast heal as nice as flash heal.

I really enjoyed this video. I found it quite helpful when you gave the live commentary during the dungeon fight on what is going through your mind for what you should cast etc. I haven't played a shammy or raid healed so all this is new to me.

Watched up to the first boss fight but I didn't hear any mention about UE. Still need to learn about that in more detail.

mate your idea's are right but with a 170k+ tank, warrior has 158k,hunter over 120k health and even priest is well geared and also doing alot of healing with his talents. you are being carried through the dungeon, it has been nerfed now, but if the rest of the group had your gear, i'm sorry but you would never pass the first boss

Not saying he wasn't carried, but was interupting and dispelling which should be tank/warrior and hunters jobs respectively.
