Oh they aren't nice people? I'm pretty sure you loose your rights when your in jail....your not at home your in JAIL. You my friend are a one sided scum bag. How about you get a real fucking job?
if those people werent "caged" up where do you think they would be hmm? probly out killing stealing dealing drugs raping your wife/daughter/mother sliting your throat...yea you fight for them now, when it all comes down to the wire there are people who arent suitable to be able to live among the public...one day im sure you will find this all out....fucking loser
Good job for exposing Plano PD. they're corrupt. I had people at my door selling stuff and then making threat at me. I pulled out a gun and asked them to leave. They called cops. The cops never cared what happened. Instead they acted rude and wanted to search my house. They made threat of arrest for pulling a gun defending my own house. And this is at my door. So if some1 wants to get away from robbing a house, you call PPD after u finish. The Plano PD will take care of home owners.
Ok in all fairness, if they are locking away criminals, then who cares where they sleep and eat and poop.
Now i commend you on getting in their faces when they try to the public's rights. However, I personally don't care about where or what the prisoners are subjected too. If you sexually assault someone, I assure you that I and a lot of others, quite frankly don't give a damn if you have to poop in front of 20 other guys.
@soymilk43223 thing is you dont have to be a "criminal" to be held that jail for up to 24 hrs.
you could be just a "suspect" who did nothing at all wrong, worse is if its homeland security who put you there, then you could be held indeffinatly without trial (i dont care what the law states, you WILL be held in jail without trial if the right people want you there)
You are correct, but with video, you have the opurtunity to protect yourself. Hell I payed the $300 for an automated video recorder on my vehicle. I get pulled over I video and audio record with the flip of a switch, and as long as my On* is working, it will auto upload in case my vehicle is impounded. Plus it actually helped catch a twerp who broke into my car.
I agree it is a chain of command problem! I have some real personal reasons to agree with you, but I believe we need to use the Rule of Law to straiten them out! You know give them the same options and rules they think only work on us! If you love the constitution we need to wield it with a passion. I love Randy Kelton's approach check him out and what he is doing down in Austin, TX.
Sam, Take a lighter stance and you would get some better footage. These guys aren't all bad guys and they all are working in a part of the system. To make positive change we must work with these guys to actually have transparency. If you go right for their "bonds" they don't like to hear your ideas and all you are doing is creating a bigger wall between them and the rest of us. Back up and try to get a bigger picture and then go back at it! Many of these guys took their oaths seriously!
Bonds, oaths, bill of rights?. . ..you are soooooo far off base it isn't funny. First of all you say they are thugs. Second you demand that the thugs follow the law? Can't you see how insane that is?
@obscuredtruth ,go to we the people for independent Texas and learn something you fool. Go to AIBRADIO and learn something you inept moron. We sovereign folks with a functioning brain are going no where. You and you paid assassins will be the ones leaving. You are a shameless piece of shit that harms others for a paycheck.
@attorneydestroyusa Should I visit your site because your such a shining example of the wonderful people there?
If I'm a paid assassin as you claim, then can you help me figure out who owes me money for this? I haven't been paid.
I don't have time to listen to your radio show right now. Tonight and most Tuesday nights I'll be on Free Talk Live, co-hosting a nationally syndicated radio show. Your free to call in to discuss this on air to set the record straight.
@obscuredtruth , you are the fella making the video? If so, I am sorry. I must have clicked on the wrong thing. I applaud you for standing against these nasty paid assassins for the attorneys known as cops, pigs, donut eaters, girlyboys, etc.
I have watched several of your videos and enjoy them. Keep up the good work exposing these shameless scumbag foreign agent, enemies of the state
Man obscuredtruth, you have no idea how much I appreciate what your doing. Your video really hit home about how I've been feeling with the cops lately. I live out in Wylie but I've definately had my experience with the Plano pigs and it was not a friendly one. Last night me and one of my friends went up to the dollar theater off of coit and we got completely harrased by this pig. I'm 19 and I was smoking a ciggarette and my friend is 18 and he had a monster energy drink wrapped in a donut bag.
Man I really appreciate what your doing obscuredtruth. Plano pigs are awful. I got cussed out for no reason and threatened to be arrested. We were walking to a movie theater and I had a cig ( I'm 19) and my friend had a monster energy drink. Undercover cop pulls up and asks for my ID and asks my friend if he's drinking acohol. While also cussing at us and freaking out. Telling us we can't mess around in Plano. LMAO. And then told us to leave or we'll be arrested. It was bullshit.
Ha Ha Ha Maybe you should retake your competency tests, mental midget. I was mocking your fat assed loser friend that has the tiny 2 inch penis, who tasers people. Buy some more neurons, dumb fuck.
this is a horribly biased documentary. I grew up in Plano, and i agree the police are crappy, but this documentary has flaws, personal bias, etc. all over the place.
I don't know this, and I haven't researched it, but it does seem unreliable to me to conclude that touching one's nose or placing a hand in a pocket means one is likely lying or concealing information.
Officer Ronny is pretty patronizing, what does your age have to do with your reasoning? Rather than answering your questions in a courteous manner he is belittling you for having a different view point.
Have you ever read anything from Max Horkheimer and Theodore Adorno and the Authoritarian Personality?
Good job Sam. The Plano Police will continue to overstep their authority unless they are challenged. You should organize a meeting for all that have been abused by their power. I can guarantee you would not find a facility within the city limits to hold everyone that would want to come.
Wow. Look at those badges! Those big badges must be taking the place of some really big dicks! "Seatbelt campaigns.", "drug enforcement campaigns", "Rid the world of negroes campaigns" ...The usual. Those pigs sure were morally repulsive! Thanks for documenting their venality and ignorance. It's a good deed you've done to show the ignorant what their taxes are paying for.
What is the name of the sarcastic ,sick, jelly roll that called you "sick"and can we "get you an ambulance?"
Where's your medical degree you fat-ass? He gives all the good Police Officers a bad name. No wonder most people hate "cops". 200 years ago he would be tarred and feathered.
My profession was a Police Officer for 20 years, now I am battling false arrests, all dismissed , almost killed , while the"cops" went into my house w/o warrants against the 4th Amend.
All Collin County police and their courts are all corrupt, they are real "sick in the head" sadistic people. They are all worthless and greedy, their judement will be eternity in hell.
i beleive we should have some kind of government structure you know but they should not be givin the power the are givin. I don't beleive we should have a people policing our streets at all times...doesn't that qualify on some grounds of marshal law? I don't know...It just doesn't seem right for cops to confinscate drugs from big busts then turn around and sell them.they dont uphold anything but they're fear. try thinking about it.
Anyone who is trying to defend the plano police department either needs to meet some of theis "upholders of justice" in person or simply get stopped for a traffic violation. They are simply put assholes who are just trying to make money on a ticket. My friend recently had called an abulance for his sick mother and with the paramedics came two police officers. After throuoghly searching the house for something illegal i guess they said the paramedics were good to go. Its sick. fuck the police
i agree that plano cops are ass holes at times. but i disagree with the fact that you are making them seem like they are bad people they uphold the law and without cops it would be total anarchy and since you feel so passionate about the holding cells where they hold CRIMINALS i have a better idea why dont we have them all come and stay at your place. they broke the law and deserve to be there. do you expect cops to just give them a little pat on the butt and let them go?? try thinking about it
i agree totally. Where would you want them to go when they get a DUI, GTA, drug charges. ( they need to legalize 420), or other charges? They broke the law. its the cops job to enforce the law.
If they don't want to go in the cells, don't break the law. if you don't like the law, fight to change it, or move.
Now if the cops break the law then yes, they should be treated just like a civilian.
I can't wait until all of these people who are pro government get chipped and then decide (after it's too late) that it's time to start fighting back only to have some shining boy "blue light gang member" (now tyranny black) press a button on the computer keyboard in his squad and make you drop to your knees in agony. I'd pay a buck to see that. They could get you to put a gun in your mouth and pull the trigger with the chip. No muss, no fuss indeed.
Good work, Sam. While I know there are good officers out there, it's the ones who hide from the public eye and cause undo misery upon the very people they're supposed to protect. It's very obvious here you have the cohones to ask the TOUGH QUESTIONS.
It's a shame there are quite a few people in our country who are more then willing to unzip the fly of a cop, to do their ignorant sheep-like duty and suck a...

I laughed my ass off at you sam I am. You were doing nothing but trying to pick a fight with the Plano police department so you could get it on tape. What made you mad is that no one bought into your bull shit. Just to let you know, I am not a member of the P.P.D. or even a cop for that matter. I just do the speed limit and do as the law says and guess what, I have NEVER had a run in with the Plano cops.
When the Nazis came for the communists, I remained silent; I was not a communist. When they locked up the social democrats, I remained silent; I was not a social democrat. When they came for the trade unionists, I did not speak out; I was not a trade unionist. When they came for the Jews, I remained silent; I wasn't a Jew. When they came for me, there was no one left to speak out.

You are in such a dillusional state of mind. You are just wording things the way you want. You have no idea of the work that is conducted in the world of police. Police put their lives on the line for your safety everyday and you dont care. Your ranting about how bad everything is disgraces the wonderfull officers that have lost their lives protecting your safety. Take accountability for YOUR wrong doings!!! If you dont like it that much MOVE to another country.
Right and wrong is not defined by law sir. To do so would ignore the scores of bad law. Was Rosa Parks "wrong"? Police do less and less with each passing day of what you hold up in reverence, but I don't deny they do help people from time to time.
Unfortunately they go around enforcing victimless "crimes", for which they have no authority, that raise revenue instead of solving real crime.
And save the tired old, "if you don't like it here, GET OUT!" cliche, Tell it to the founding fathers.
AS a resident of Plano I have only good things to say about the Police Dept. I don't know how got so po's with them but they saved my life. Use your god given talent to help the homeless or those without food. Quit this crap.
Yea, that's one of the great travesties of your system. That's the tired old, "Not my Department!" cliche. Plausible deniability. "I was just following orders"
It's the turn away people who score too high on the police entrance exams. They want dummies who follow orders.
Do you understand that your government is supposed to be based on the consent of the governed, or do you just not care?
Sam wrote: "Do you understand that your government is supposed to be based on the consent of the governed, or do you just not care?"
When it comes to our local and state governments, there is no better example of the government being based on the consent of the governed. You need to realize that Lysander Spooner had some interesting thoughts but not one of the founding fathers would have taken him seriously. He advocated anarchy and so are you. I believe in freedom but not anarchy.
Sam wrote: "It's the turn away people who score too high on the police entrance exams. They want dummies who follow orders."
This is simply not true. That was one isolated case where this happened many years ago in a backwater town and it made major news when it went to trial. Can you cite even one example of any police dept in the U.S. that turns applicants away who score too high on the entrance exams? Sorry but it doesn't happen. Like many of your other assertions, you're flat wrong here.
Robert Jordan, a 49-year-old college graduate, took an exam to join the New London police, in Connecticut, in 1996 and scored 33 points, the equivalent of an IQ of 125.
But New London police interviewed only candidates who scored 20 to 27, on the theory that those who scored too high could get bored with police work and leave soon after undergoing costly training.
Mr Jordan launched a federal lawsuit against the city, but lost.
And to date, that is the only known city in America that has ever done that. Again, Sam, can you cite any other police agencies that turn away high-scoring candidates? More importantly, is the Plano PD doing this?
How about the swat team that came up with the slogan, "We don't get PTSD, we cause it",
or plano police SWAT shirts that have scope sights, with blood red lettering, seems to say, "We've got you in our sights!" Nice.
Or the AFT pen knives that said, "Always Think Forfeiture" Helpful.
I'm not saying Plano does all of this, my audience is international, and it points to a bigger problem of police becoming militarized, and abusing power.
Sam asks: "Have you studied the Stanford Prison Experiment?"
Yes, Sam. I took sociology in college. Most educated adults are aware of that experiment. What does an ill-conceived experiment involving young, impressionable men and very few rules, laws, or accountability have to with Plano PD and your speeding ticket? I am seeing a pattern here: You really like to compare apples to oranges and when you are presented with facts and rock-solid logic, you just change the subject or use a strawman
You do have the backwater town part right. This is the same place that arrested Lauren Canario and forced a whole neighborhood out of their homes, using eminent domain, for a shopping mall. SCOUTS case.
The project fell though, and not the area sits a useless demolished wasteland.
The Facts Part 2: The police at the court house did not assault you, hurt you, or threaten to do so. You were the only person talking about violence. No one with the Plano PD has threatened you or tried to hurt you in any way. You are acting as if though the Plano Police themselves passed the laws that they are sworn to enforce. Do you understand that in a Constitutional Republic, the People elect representatives to serve them in the Legislature? Blame the Legislators for laws you don't like
The Facts Part 1: You were stopped for speeding and the police officer issued you a speeding ticket without hurting you or threatening you with violence of any kind. You went to the courthouse and were told that the Judge would not allow you to take your camera in the courtroom. You were NOT barred from the courtroom or denied your day in court to confront your accuser, examine witnesses, or present your own evidence. You could have had a jury trial but you did not do it.
So if I decide you violated one of my rules, I approach you with a gun, make demands, and you comply. Does that mean I didn't use force? What happens if I say no or keep driving?
So if I grab your kid and drag him around by his hand, that's ok with you? No assault?
Of course you also said the officer was kidding about not upholding his oath. Your assertions have no merit sir.
Did you watch the city council video? Or did you jump to conclusions?
Your hypothetical rules are not voted upon by any elected representative nor are they authorized by the citizenry. The police are given their authority by the People and their powers are specifically enumerated in the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Texas Penal code. Their authority is extremely limited. The laws that both empower and limit the police were enacted by the elected representatives of the people; which is in keeping with our Constitutional Republican form of government.
He wasn't barred from the courtroom? What if Sam wore a red shirt and the judge decides to ban red shirts in the court room....is it the red shirt that's banned or Sam? You might say the shirt but I believe there's an ulterior motive. Why is it a judge is afraid of a camera? Perhaps he's afraid he can't conduct a proper court....that would be the only thing that makes any sense.
The only response I received was a call and letter from the Plano PD to file a complaint.
I felt the scope exceeded the behavior of a few officers, so I wrote explained in the complaint. This video is the next step.
I'm drafting a letter to the city, explaining how this video will eventually come up every time somebody searches youtube for Plano, Plano Police, Plano City Council. It doesn't show up on the first page of google yet, but it will soon. :)
I (so) look forward to welcoming you to your NEW Home - to New Hampshire. You're going to love it here & we are sure going to love having you here with us! PLEASE COME HOME SOON!
As more people realize this truth, more are likely to express their discontent to others, and in time, the 'system' will either have to change or disintegrate. Just because individuals like yourself, ed, are unimaginative enough to discern the importance of Sam's activism, doesn't mean Sam's activism won't contribute to awareness and inspire people to become active to change or abolish the system.
well, i guess that's where we disagree. I dont' think sam's ideas and hopes of how the govt. system should be will ever reach fruition. You can call that lack of imagination if you want, but I'm entitled to my opinion, and I think it's a pretty logical and realistic one.
If everybody in the United States thinks as you do, ed, then I agree: drastically reducing the size and role of government is absolutely not possible. However, that is not the case. Sam and many optimistic individuals who believe in freedom and are willing to think of creative and effective ways to get us closer to that ideal WILL NEVER think such a goal is impossible. (cont'd 1)
Again, as I've asserted, the government is not a physical entity--it is an idea in the mind, so its existence only depends on what its 'subjects' believe. If all its supposed subjects do not believe in its authority, then it DOESN'T EXIST, and the people who work for it will be nothing more than a group of well-dressed, stick-in-ass gangsters, and people will defend themselves against it, just as they would defend themselves against any criminals. (cont'd 2)
People also believed that the 4-minute-mile was impossible; if every athlete thought "realistically" like you claim yourself to think, then the 4-minute-mile would have never been achieved. Again, it's people who believe in such ideals and think optimistically who achieve the "unrealistic" or the "impossible," and not pessimists and cynics like yourself.
well, i guess his thoughts are creative, just don't think theyre effective. I can't think of any society that has ever existed that hasn't had a government in some for or another. Can you? I don't think there will ever be enough people who think like yall do to really make any kind of a change, much less deconstruct our entire government. But I guess only time will tell. Good luck to you.
Ed, I understand your skepticism. It's my intention that guides me and is far more important than the method.
Free Talk Live read a letter I wrote on the air, during the 8-11-2008 show. It addresses the exact question you pose.
If you search for Free Talk Live, you can get the archives. Digg also has a section where you can play it. I'll add the direct link to the video description.
Listen to that, but I would turn the question around and ask you to name a republic that has lasted more than 250 years? They all fail to corruption, fiat money, economic collapse. . .
Government is a tried well tried idea that has failed again and again. All I'm saying is, can I try some thing different for my life, and anyone that wants to join me?
Or must I remain a subject to your belief system, and the government that springs from it?
All I'm saying is NO you CANT try something different for your life as far as this is concerned. You'd have to move to a deserted island, or start a revolution and overthrow the government in order to escape the laws that are already established. It's arrogant (not to mention rediculous) to think that just becuase you disagree with the laws you shouldn't have to follow them.
Sure I can.(Your self-limiting beliefs don't apply to me, thanks) I'm doing it right now. I don't have the same violent tenancies government people do. I've no interest in hurting others, I seek peaceful evolution.
You advocate "revolving" around to another government, so the process can repeat.
My evolution is occurring though education and enlightenment.
When people see the true nature of government, they will seek something different, and I'm going to show it to them.
lol no you cant. It's not my 'self limiting beliefs' that are even applicable here. It's just the reality of the situation. You don't believe me then just wait until you get arrested and thrown in jail for not paying your tickets off, which i'm assuming you haven't done.
I'm not advocating anything. I'm trying to open your eyes to reality of things. But instead I think i'll just sit back and wait n see what happens to you. Be sure to keep us updated.
Ed, you first need to understand my ideas. I don't want a government! That's a monopoly on the use of force, which creates an unnatural balance of power and causes corruption, abuse, and eventually tyranny.
I want some of the same market needs government does it's best to provide today. Things like fire protection, arbitration, and protection service.
Have you read the Market for Liberty? It explains a lot of this, and it's very well produced.
It wasn't without cause, it was because you were speeding. How else do you propose the prevent people from speeding?
I don't get your 6 arm men showing up at your door scenario. This didn't happen to you. You werent arrested. They have to carry guns to protect themselves because, obviously, there are crazy people out there. once again, what else do you propose they do? What would be your solution?
I was traveling at a safe speed for the conditions. Google the book The Market for Liberty, and it will explain how the free market will handle problems like this.
It didn't happen because I played along. Stop cooperating and see what happens. . . (but read the book first, it's a free audio book, and very enlightening)
Whether or not the speed you were traveling was "safe" is subjective. There has to be some standard of what speed people should stay under, otherwise everyone would be using their subjective assessments as to what's a "safe" speed. Hell, I could say that driving 130 miles per hour after drinking 5 glass of wine is relatively "safe". I mean, if I get home in once piece without wrecking I could say I didn't hurt anyone so what's the problem? Right?
Regardless of what that book says, it seems like you are targeting specifically the Plano Police Department, implying that this particular department is not conducting itself properly. But having police departments enforce the law is standard in every city and is generally accepted by society.
From your responses, it sounds like you want society as a whole to change the way it regulates and enforces the law. But the way your message in your videos comes across, I get the impression that you have some particular beef with just the Plano Police Department.
I don't want to change society, only my life/freedom, and I am changing it right now, through these videos.
I don't have a beef with Plano PD, and don't think they act much different than any other PD across the country. (I believe NH police are much more respectful)
When they leave me alone, I will leave them alone, and go back to bringing about a voluntary society. Eventually they will learn it's best to leave porcupines alone.
I'll add it to the video description. Check there.
If you search free keene and then then you will see it the free audiobook link under the picture.
It's read by Ian Bernard, host of Free Talk Live a nationally syndicated radio show. I call in to talk about my adventures, and the hosts are fantastic activists and friends. There are some other posts there where we call into a politico radio show to ask liberty minded Q's. Great stuff.
I agree. So, who's in a better position to determine optimal speeds for conditions? Private road owners who want people to use the service they provide?
Or
The government who demands money if you go over the speed limit, from which the gain personal benefit. . .
And how how much does rain/ice/snow affect speed limits? With government, one size MUST fit all. Of course their cops can ticket you for what they think is excessive. Talk about subjective! The Market for Liberty! Read it! :)
Well I personally think the govt is more capable of regulating the roads, but regardless of what is "right", it IS what it IS. Filming cops doing their job isn't going to change the way society functions. So good luck with your mission, but I think you'll end up causing yourself more trouble than it's worth. Bugging cops isn't going to change our laws and how society chooses to regulate and enforce those laws.
They bugged him. Sam was just minding his own business and they threatened him. They are the aggressors here and are just being shown for the anti-social people they are.
We don't want to change your coercive society. If you would like to continue being coerced, you should be free to choose your ruler. For those of us that want to live free, all you have to do is leave us alone and we'll do the same courtesy to you.
He was minding his own business AND breaking the law. In our society, cops can give tickets for speeding. Unfortunately it's not MY coercive society. I didn't create it. We
ALL live in it whether you like it or not. The difference is how you choose to handle things you disagree with. If you don't want the system to change, fine. But you can't expect to simply not subjected to the same rules and law everyone else is subjected to just because you don't agree with it. That's just silly.
"subjected" to the same rules and law....what a great word to use....subjected...(Webster:1 a: to bring under control or dominion : subjugate b: to make (as oneself) amenable to the discipline and control of a superior2: to make liable : predispose3: to cause or force to undergo or endure). That was a PERFECT word! Congrats.
It's not my society, I don't consent, it's yours. Your society requires the "consent of the governed" unless your saying that doesn't matter? Am I forced and subject to your laws against my will?
Can you explain how that doesn't violate your 13th amendment, prohibiting slavery? If I'm forced to participate and pay for your system, am I its slave?
How do I opt out? Do you think all laws are "good"?
No I don't think all laws are good. This is by far not a perfect system. But whether you like it or not, it is YOUR society as well as mine. If you hate it that much, I guess you could move to Canada or something, but you'd still be subjected to laws and rules. Maybe you could go be a hobbit on top of a mountain. Then maybe you wouldn't be subjected to society's rules. Or be like those polygamists on that ranch and have your own little society. But see, even THEY are subjected to the laws.
Ed, not matter how many times you tell me it my society, that doesn't make it so. Do you understand basic human rights? Have you seen the principles of liberty? It's in my favorites.
What would you have told the founding fathers? Should they have gotten out if they didn't like it? They were a 16% minority compared to the loyalists which made up 30% of the population. What they did was ILLEGAL, and therefore by our logic, invalid. All Hail King George! Philosophy of Liberty, watch it!
*sigh*. I'm not even going to touch the the human rights or the founding father's statement. The history of how our society was formed is irrelevant to the point I'm trying to get across. When I say it's your society as well as mine, I mean that you can't just decide to 'opt' out of it. It doesn't matter if you disagree with a law, you still have to follow it. If you don't like the law, then you can advocate change, but you're going about it the wrong way with these videos. Period.
Of course you won't touch them, because you have no explanation, other than "because I said so and we have guns." Sorry, that doesn't justify your beliefs. When one slave stood up and said no, others got mad too. . .
Fact is, the founding fathers said screw this, and threw off the law. I'm giving government a chance to change and do the right thing. They are not interested, and would like to continue their coercive society they held in place by threats and violence.
For the record, I'm not a cop. I'm not even telling you what my beliefs are about how society should be run. I'm just saying you can't just disagree with a law and decide that you therefore don't have to follow it. I don't want to talk about the founding fathers and whether or not what they did was 'wrong' or 'illegal' because at this point in time, is irrelevant.
You don't get to decide what I can and can't do, thank you. I do not aggress against my neighbors. Everything else I do that violates your society's "laws" is of none of your business, as I am not a member of your coercive society.
I don't care about the "Supreme Court" and the constitution because I didn't sign it. It's not my set of rules, it's theirs. (and they don't even follow it)
i'd agree with that, but don't know how that's relevant. I didn't think sam was disputing the fact that he was driving over the speed limit and w/ out his insurance card. Both violations of the law.
It just doesn't need to be shown he broke the law, but that he caused personal specific injury, in order to have cause for action.
"In every criminal trial, the prosecution must prove the corpus delecti, or the body of the crime itself-i.e., the fact of injury, loss or harm, and the existence of a criminal agency as its cause." People v. Sapp, 73 P.3d 433, 467 (Cal. 2003) [quoting People v. Alvarez, (2002) 27 Cal.4th 1161, 1168-1169, 119 Cal.Rptr.2d 903, 46 P.3d 372.]."
Do me a favor. If you're really going to try to quote the law and pretend you understand it, please, at least use TEXAS law since California case law has absolutely no precedent here in Texas. But even if we were to take your California quote, notice how it says "i.e. the fact of injury. as in FOR EXAMPLE. The "body of the crime itself" varies depending on the crime.
In most American jurisdictions, including Texas, the corpus delecti rules requires some corroboration of the first two elements-an injury or loss and a criminal agent..." Salazar v. State, 86 S.W.3d 640, 645.
Why are human rights or justice any different in Texas then in California?
The principle of corpus delecti has been part of jurisprudence for a very long time, as written of by William Blackstone as a necessary part of protecting the rights of individuals/shielding the innocent.
"Corpus delicti" of any crime simply consists of the fact that the crime in question has been committed by someone." McDuff v. State 939 S.W.2d 607
"corpus delicti" refers to the body of proof showing that a crime has been committed. It doesn't necessarily require proof of injury or harm to another. It depends on what the crime is that's being charged. The issue of corpus delicti usually comes up in murder cases where there is no dead body.
Humm, that's odd, same concept is found in Texas Criminal Code, and seems to align with the idea of basic human rights. Do police get to pick out which laws apply?
Art. 6.07. CONDUCT OF PEACE OFFICER. The conduct of peace officers, in preventing offenses about to be committed in their presence, or within their view, is to be regulated by the same rules as are prescribed to the action of the person about to be injured. They may use all force necessary to repel the aggression.
That's not the same concept at all. You don't understand the law, and I am not going to try to explain it to you.
I'd suggest you'd grab a lawyer and bring that code with you and have him or her explain the code for you and clarify the importance and use of corpus delicti.
You can't just read the law and interpret it how you see fit.
An, so your saying the system designed for the people, has become so complex, confusing, and convoluted, that even smart guys like me can't understand it? I probably need to higher a state approved "lawyer" at 200/hr huh? You don't see a problem with this?
Is that the way doctors visits work? What about shopping at the grocery store? do I need to hire experts? No, they have competition that creates the incentive to provide customer service. Something government couldn't care less about.
lol you just said you were a smart guy and then in the very next sentence spelled "hire" as in "higher".
The system and laws are very complex. I'm not giving my opinion on whether or not I think it's a problem. It is what it is.
What really drives me crazy is you say youre anti-govt in one post and in the next you try to use the very laws you oppose to defend your case. Youre one big contradiction.
And I don't know about you, but dr. visits are expensive as hell. Just like lawyers:)
Again, you're still trapped by your gov. indoctrination. I didn't agree to the laws or swear an oath to uphold them, government people did! I'm pointing out their dishonor in ignoring the laws they claim to uphold, and I'm defending against their attack.
Any idea how absurd you sound saying "conduct of a peace officer" doesn't apply to officers conducting their duties? Great system.
And I'm still waiting for an answer. How did they gain authority?
I don't remember ever saying anything about "conduct of a peace officer" so i have no idea what youre talking about.
You interpret the laws and legal system to suit your own needs, and then you act all surprised and offended when the cops don't conduct the law according to YOUR interpretation of how it should be. Any idea how absurd that sounds?
I'm done with these posts. Youre delusional. Seriously. I'm just gonna wait to do my "I told you so" dance when they bust your ass. Have fun.
It looks like u replied to Conduct of a peace officer. Go up and read.
Of course you probably won't because through the course of our discussion, the foundation of your argument is crumbling. It's much easier to say I'm done than accept that your belief system is based upon logical fallacies.
I understand how hard is can be to believe that you have supported slavery, violence and force to get your way.
If you understood government was morally wrong as I do, would you endorse it?
You say "because I said so and we have guns" but it's not the COPS saying so, it's the entire system saying so. The legislators, the voters, and the judiciary. SOCIETY. The cops are just pawns on the chess board, so why you think going after them and filming them is an effective way to change the system is beyond me.
You can interpret this as slavery if you want, but that doesn't make it so. It's not the same type of slavery they are talking about in the 13th amt. Anyone who has been subjected to ACTUAL slavery would find that comparison extremely offensive.
You may think it's wrong that you never gave consent to be subjected to these laws, but that's not the cops problem. The system is much bigger than the police department.
Oh, I see, so your 13th amendment only prohibits some kinds of slavery, but others are ok, if they are nicer?
At least your finally owning up to being a slave master. Perhaps a fefresher is in order:
"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime where of the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
It doesn't seem to make note if your exception, slave master.
So here's how it works. The Supreme Court has the power to interpret clauses in the constitution. If you look at case law and Supreme Court rulings, you can find out what they have interpreted "involuntary servitude" to mean.
YOUR interpretion of slavery is irrelevant. MY interpretation of slavery is irrelevant. Like it or not, you can't choose to opt out of society just because you interpret being subject to laws as slavery.
Youre right, I don't understand you obviously. I'm just saying that this comment "that's not how it works for me because I don't consent" doesnt' matter. Whether you like it or not, your consent is not required. It's not my belief or opinion. That's reality. I'm not even saying I agree with it, but that doesn't mean it's not there. So trust me when I say regardless of how you believe things SHOULD be, you won't win this fight you have with the cops.
No I never said you must accept it. I'm just saying these videos won't help to change anything, and that it's unreasonable to expect cops will leave you alone just because you don't agree with the laws. You can choose to live 'free', but that doesn't mean cops are going to honor your choice if you break the law.
I assumed your fight wasn't over cause I'm assuming you didn't just comply and pay for that ticket. The video doesn't make the Plano Police look bad, it makes you look bad.
Based on his tone of voice, I think the police officer was being facetious when he said, "I don't know if am or not." I don't think anyone responds well to having a camera shoved in their face and then asked questions which are actually just oblique accusations that blame them for problems over which they have absolutely no control. What are those officers supposed to do? Ignore the judge's order? Answer your loaded questions that demonstrate your ignorance of the law and Constitution?
I have a greater understanding of where police are coming from in their decisions. You embarrased your self so much it's hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To make positive change we must work with these guys to actually have transparency. If you go right for their "bonds" they don't like to hear your ideas and all you are doing is creating a bigger wall between them and the rest of us. Back up and try to get a bigger picture and then go back at it! Many of these guys took their oaths seriously!

i agree totally.

KurganChopper 3 years ago 2
Really?
Robert Jordan, a 49-year-old college graduate, took an exam to join the New London police, in Connecticut, in 1996 and scored 33 points, the equivalent of an IQ of 125.
But New London police interviewed only candidates who scored 20 to 27, on the theory that those who scored too high could get bored with police work and leave soon after undergoing costly training.
Mr Jordan launched a federal lawsuit against the city, but lost.
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
And to date, that is the only known city in America that has ever done that. Again, Sam, can you cite any other police agencies that turn away high-scoring candidates? More importantly, is the Plano PD doing this?
KurganChopper 3 years ago

KurganChopper 3 years ago 2
You do have the backwater town part right. This is the same place that arrested Lauren Canario and forced a whole neighborhood out of their homes, using eminent domain, for a shopping mall. SCOUTS case.
The project fell though, and not the area sits a useless demolished wasteland.
Great job the government people did there.

Blame the Legislators for laws you don't like
KurganChopper 3 years ago
Hmmmmm....one cop grabbed his camera which could be constured as assault...and they threatened him on tape...did you need see the whole thing?
Nickelodeon2002 3 years ago
The Facts Part 1: You were stopped for speeding and the police officer issued you a speeding ticket without hurting you or threatening you with violence of any kind. You went to the courthouse and were told that the Judge would not allow you to take your camera in the courtroom. You were NOT barred from the courtroom or denied your day in court to confront your accuser, examine witnesses, or present your own evidence. You could have had a jury trial but you did not do it.
KurganChopper 3 years ago
So if I decide you violated one of my rules, I approach you with a gun, make demands, and you comply. Does that mean I didn't use force? What happens if I say no or keep driving?
So if I grab your kid and drag him around by his hand, that's ok with you? No assault?
Of course you also said the officer was kidding about not upholding his oath. Your assertions have no merit sir.
Did you watch the city council video? Or did you jump to conclusions?
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
Your hypothetical rules are not voted upon by any elected representative nor are they authorized by the citizenry. The police are given their authority by the People and their powers are specifically enumerated in the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Texas Penal code. Their authority is extremely limited. The laws that both empower and limit the police were enacted by the elected representatives of the people; which is in keeping with our Constitutional Republican form of government.
KurganChopper 3 years ago
He wasn't barred from the courtroom? What if Sam wore a red shirt and the judge decides to ban red shirts in the court room....is it the red shirt that's banned or Sam? You might say the shirt but I believe there's an ulterior motive. Why is it a judge is afraid of a camera? Perhaps he's afraid he can't conduct a proper court....that would be the only thing that makes any sense.

well, i guess that's where we disagree. I dont' think sam's ideas and hopes of how the govt. system should be will ever reach fruition. You can call that lack of imagination if you want, but I'm entitled to my opinion, and I think it's a pretty logical and realistic one.
edlundcl 3 years ago
If everybody in the United States thinks as you do, ed, then I agree: drastically reducing the size and role of government is absolutely not possible. However, that is not the case. Sam and many optimistic individuals who believe in freedom and are willing to think of creative and effective ways to get us closer to that ideal WILL NEVER think such a goal is impossible. (cont'd 1)
teejay1618 3 years ago
Again, as I've asserted, the government is not a physical entity--it is an idea in the mind, so its existence only depends on what its 'subjects' believe. If all its supposed subjects do not believe in its authority, then it DOESN'T EXIST, and the people who work for it will be nothing more than a group of well-dressed, stick-in-ass gangsters, and people will defend themselves against it, just as they would defend themselves against any criminals. (cont'd 2)
teejay1618 3 years ago
People also believed that the 4-minute-mile was impossible; if every athlete thought "realistically" like you claim yourself to think, then the 4-minute-mile would have never been achieved. Again, it's people who believe in such ideals and think optimistically who achieve the "unrealistic" or the "impossible," and not pessimists and cynics like yourself.
teejay1618 3 years ago
well, i guess his thoughts are creative, just don't think theyre effective. I can't think of any society that has ever existed that hasn't had a government in some for or another. Can you? I don't think there will ever be enough people who think like yall do to really make any kind of a change, much less deconstruct our entire government. But I guess only time will tell. Good luck to you.
edlundcl 3 years ago
Ed, I understand your skepticism. It's my intention that guides me and is far more important than the method.
Free Talk Live read a letter I wrote on the air, during the 8-11-2008 show. It addresses the exact question you pose.
If you search for Free Talk Live, you can get the archives. Digg also has a section where you can play it. I'll add the direct link to the video description.
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
Listen to that, but I would turn the question around and ask you to name a republic that has lasted more than 250 years? They all fail to corruption, fiat money, economic collapse. . .
Government is a tried well tried idea that has failed again and again. All I'm saying is, can I try some thing different for my life, and anyone that wants to join me?
Or must I remain a subject to your belief system, and the government that springs from it?
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
All I'm saying is NO you CANT try something different for your life as far as this is concerned. You'd have to move to a deserted island, or start a revolution and overthrow the government in order to escape the laws that are already established. It's arrogant (not to mention rediculous) to think that just becuase you disagree with the laws you shouldn't have to follow them.
edlundcl 3 years ago
Sure I can.(Your self-limiting beliefs don't apply to me, thanks) I'm doing it right now. I don't have the same violent tenancies government people do. I've no interest in hurting others, I seek peaceful evolution.
You advocate "revolving" around to another government, so the process can repeat.
My evolution is occurring though education and enlightenment.
When people see the true nature of government, they will seek something different, and I'm going to show it to them.
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
lol no you cant.
Be sure to keep us updated.
edlundcl 3 years ago
Ed, you first need to understand my ideas. I don't want a government! That's a monopoly on the use of force, which creates an unnatural balance of power and causes corruption, abuse, and eventually tyranny.
I want some of the same market needs government does it's best to provide today. Things like fire protection, arbitration, and protection service.
Have you read the Market for Liberty? It explains a lot of this, and it's very well produced.

I love these videos. Keep up the good work.
thorsmitersaw 3 years ago
It wasn't without cause, it was because you were speeding. How else do you propose the prevent people from speeding?
I don't get your 6 arm men showing up at your door scenario. This didn't happen to you. You werent arrested. They have to carry guns to protect themselves because, obviously, there are crazy people out there. once again, what else do you propose they do? What would be your solution?
edlundcl 3 years ago
I was traveling at a safe speed for the conditions. Google the book The Market for Liberty, and it will explain how the free market will handle problems like this.
It didn't happen because I played along. Stop cooperating and see what happens. . . (but read the book first, it's a free audio book, and very enlightening)
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
Whether or not the speed you were traveling was "safe" is subjective. There has to be some standard of what speed people should stay under, otherwise everyone would be using their subjective assessments as to what's a "safe" speed. Hell, I could say that driving 130 miles per hour after drinking 5 glass of wine is relatively "safe". I mean, if I get home in once piece without wrecking I could say I didn't hurt anyone so what's the problem? Right?
edlundcl 3 years ago
Regardless of what that book says, it seems like you are targeting specifically the Plano Police Department, implying that this particular department is not conducting itself properly. But having police departments enforce the law is standard in every city and is generally accepted by society.
edlundcl 3 years ago
From your responses, it sounds like you want society as a whole to change the way it regulates and enforces the law. But the way your message in your videos comes across, I get the impression that you have some particular beef with just the Plano Police Department.
edlundcl 3 years ago
I don't want to change society, only my life/freedom, and I am changing it right now, through these videos.
I don't have a beef with Plano PD, and don't think they act much different than any other PD across the country. (I believe NH police are much more respectful)
When they leave me alone, I will leave them alone, and go back to bringing about a voluntary society. Eventually they will learn it's best to leave porcupines alone.
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
where can I get that free audio book?
synthpopclassics 3 years ago
I'll add it to the video description. Check there.
If you search free keene and then then you will see it the free audiobook link under the picture.
It's read by Ian Bernard, host of Free Talk Live a nationally syndicated radio show. I call in to talk about my adventures, and the hosts are fantastic activists and friends. There are some other posts there where we call into a politico radio show to ask liberty minded Q's. Great stuff.
Also have you seen the Court of Public Relations?
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
no but i'll look for that. i don't need to be convinced, I know these things are beyond corrupt.
synthpopclassics 3 years ago
Read it! :)
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
Well I personally think the govt is more capable of regulating the roads, but regardless of what is "right", it IS what it IS. Filming cops doing their job isn't going to change the way society functions. So good luck with your mission, but I think you'll end up causing yourself more trouble than it's worth. Bugging cops isn't going to change our laws and how society chooses to regulate and enforce those laws.
edlundcl 3 years ago
They bugged him. Sam was just minding his own business and they threatened him. They are the aggressors here and are just being shown for the anti-social people they are.
We don't want to change your coercive society. If you would like to continue being coerced, you should be free to choose your ruler. For those of us that want to live free, all you have to do is leave us alone and we'll do the same courtesy to you.
FTLIan 3 years ago
He was minding his own business AND breaking the law. In our society, cops can give tickets for speeding. Unfortunately it's not MY coercive society. I didn't create it. We
ALL live in it whether you like it or not. The difference is how you choose to handle things you disagree with. If you don't want the system to change, fine. But you can't expect to simply not subjected to the same rules and law everyone else is subjected to just because you don't agree with it. That's just silly.
edlundcl 3 years ago
"subjected" to the same rules and law....what a great word to use....subjected...(Webster:1 a: to bring under control or dominion : subjugate b: to make (as oneself) amenable to the discipline and control of a superior2: to make liable : predispose3: to cause or force to undergo or endure). That was a PERFECT word! Congrats.
Nickelodeon2002 3 years ago
So.... what's your point? It doesn't make my comment any less true.
edlundcl 3 years ago
It's not my society, I don't consent, it's yours. Your society requires the "consent of the governed" unless your saying that doesn't matter? Am I forced and subject to your laws against my will?
Can you explain how that doesn't violate your 13th amendment, prohibiting slavery? If I'm forced to participate and pay for your system, am I its slave?
How do I opt out? Do you think all laws are "good"?
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
No I don't think all laws are good. This is by far not a perfect system. But whether you like it or not, it is YOUR society as well as mine. If you hate it that much, I guess you could move to Canada or something, but you'd still be subjected to laws and rules. Maybe you could go be a hobbit on top of a mountain. Then maybe you wouldn't be subjected to society's rules. Or be like those polygamists on that ranch and have your own little society. But see, even THEY are subjected to the laws.
edlundcl 3 years ago
Ed, not matter how many times you tell me it my society, that doesn't make it so. Do you understand basic human rights? Have you seen the principles of liberty? It's in my favorites.
What would you have told the founding fathers? Should they have gotten out if they didn't like it? They were a 16% minority compared to the loyalists which made up 30% of the population. What they did was ILLEGAL, and therefore by our logic, invalid. All Hail King George! Philosophy of Liberty, watch it!
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
Period.
edlundcl 3 years ago
Of course you won't touch them, because you have no explanation, other than "because I said so and we have guns." Sorry, that doesn't justify your beliefs. When one slave stood up and said no, others got mad too. . .
Fact is, the founding fathers said screw this, and threw off the law. I'm giving government a chance to change and do the right thing. They are not interested, and would like to continue their coercive society they held in place by threats and violence.
No thanks, I'll pass.
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
For the record, I'm not a cop. I'm not even telling you what my beliefs are about how society should be run. I'm just saying you can't just disagree with a law and decide that you therefore don't have to follow it. I don't want to talk about the founding fathers and whether or not what they did was 'wrong' or 'illegal' because at this point in time, is irrelevant.
edlundcl 3 years ago
You don't get to decide what I can and can't do, thank you. I do not aggress against my neighbors. Everything else I do that violates your society's "laws" is of none of your business, as I am not a member of your coercive society.
I don't care about the "Supreme Court" and the constitution because I didn't sign it. It's not my set of rules, it's theirs. (and they don't even follow it)
FTLIan 3 years ago
In order to be bound by jurisdiction, the State must prove corpus delecti as has been decided in hundreds of court cases.
WorBlux 3 years ago
i'd agree with that, but don't know how that's relevant. I didn't think sam was disputing the fact that he was driving over the speed limit and w/ out his insurance card. Both violations of the law.
edlundcl 3 years ago
WorBlux 3 years ago
Do me a favor. If you're really going to try to quote the law and pretend you understand it, please, at least use TEXAS law since California case law has absolutely no precedent here in Texas. But even if we were to take your California quote, notice how it says "i.e. the fact of injury. as in FOR EXAMPLE. The "body of the crime itself" varies depending on the crime.
edlundcl 3 years ago
In most American jurisdictions, including Texas, the corpus delecti rules requires some corroboration of the first two elements-an injury or loss and a criminal agent..." Salazar v. State, 86 S.W.3d 640, 645.
WorBlux 3 years ago
Why are human rights or justice any different in Texas then in California?
The principle of corpus delecti has been part of jurisprudence for a very long time, as written of by William Blackstone as a necessary part of protecting the rights of individuals/shielding the innocent.
WorBlux 3 years ago
"Corpus delicti" of any crime simply consists of the fact that the crime in question has been committed by someone." McDuff v. State 939 S.W.2d 607
"corpus delicti" refers to the body of proof showing that a crime has been committed. It doesn't necessarily require proof of injury or harm to another. It depends on what the crime is that's being charged. The issue of corpus delicti usually comes up in murder cases where there is no dead body.
edlundcl 3 years ago
Humm, that's odd, same concept is found in Texas Criminal Code, and seems to align with the idea of basic human rights. Do police get to pick out which laws apply?
Art. 6.07. CONDUCT OF PEACE OFFICER. The conduct of peace officers, in preventing offenses about to be committed in their presence, or within their view, is to be regulated by the same rules as are prescribed to the action of the person about to be injured. They may use all force necessary to repel the aggression.
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
That's not the same concept at all. You don't understand the law, and I am not going to try to explain it to you.
I'd suggest you'd grab a lawyer and bring that code with you and have him or her explain the code for you and clarify the importance and use of corpus delicti.
You can't just read the law and interpret it how you see fit.
edlundcl 3 years ago
An, so your saying the system designed for the people, has become so complex, confusing, and convoluted, that even smart guys like me can't understand it? I probably need to higher a state approved "lawyer" at 200/hr huh? You don't see a problem with this?
Is that the way doctors visits work? What about shopping at the grocery store? do I need to hire experts? No, they have competition that creates the incentive to provide customer service. Something government couldn't care less about.
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
lol you just said you were a smart guy and then in the very next sentence spelled "hire" as in "higher".
Just like lawyers:)
edlundcl 3 years ago
I was educated mostly in your gov. schools.
How did they gain authority?
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
I don't remember ever saying anything about "conduct of a peace officer" so i have no idea what youre talking about.
You interpret the laws and legal system to suit your own needs, and then you act all surprised and offended when the cops don't conduct the law according to YOUR interpretation of how it should be. Any idea how absurd that sounds?
I'm done with these posts. Youre delusional. Seriously. I'm just gonna wait to do my "I told you so" dance when they bust your ass. Have fun.
edlundcl 3 years ago
It looks like u replied to Conduct of a peace officer. Go up and read.
Of course you probably won't because through the course of our discussion, the foundation of your argument is crumbling. It's much easier to say I'm done than accept that your belief system is based upon logical fallacies.
I understand how hard is can be to believe that you have supported slavery, violence and force to get your way.
If you understood government was morally wrong as I do, would you endorse it?
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
You say "because I said so and we have guns" but it's not the COPS saying so, it's the entire system saying so. The legislators, the voters, and the judiciary. SOCIETY. The cops are just pawns on the chess board, so why you think going after them and filming them is an effective way to change the system is beyond me.
edlundcl 3 years ago
Great Ed, explain how these people gained legitimate authority over me, and I will follow their rules.
Tell me exactly the steps they took, in a way that I could repeat to gain authority over you and your life.
I also want it to comply with the rest of these so called "municipalities", because you know there are elections where voter turnout was 1 and even 0.
Yet the bureaucrats continued their god given mandate to continue ruling over the subjects.
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
You can interpret this as slavery if you want, but that doesn't make it so. It's not the same type of slavery they are talking about in the 13th amt. Anyone who has been subjected to ACTUAL slavery would find that comparison extremely offensive.
You may think it's wrong that you never gave consent to be subjected to these laws, but that's not the cops problem. The system is much bigger than the police department.
edlundcl 3 years ago
Oh, I see, so your 13th amendment only prohibits some kinds of slavery, but others are ok, if they are nicer?
At least your finally owning up to being a slave master. Perhaps a fefresher is in order:
"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime where of the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
It doesn't seem to make note if your exception, slave master.
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
Hahahah. Slave Master. That's silly.
Like it or not, you can't choose to opt out of society just because you interpret being subject to laws as slavery.
edlundcl 3 years ago
That's not how it works for me, because I don't consent, as the documents founding your courts authority, say is required!
I don't consent. You may not be capable of making decisions for yourself, but I'm all grown up now. I don't need you or our conceive system.
Of course you don't understand this because your too indoctrinated to even consider the ideas I present.
Never answered Ed: Did you watch the videos referenced? Ed, are you a bureaucrat?
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
Youre right, I don't understand you obviously. I'm just saying that this comment "that's not how it works for me because I don't consent" doesnt' matter. Whether you like it or not, your consent is not required. It's not my belief or opinion. That's reality. I'm not even saying I agree with it, but that doesn't mean it's not there. So trust me when I say regardless of how you believe things SHOULD be, you won't win this fight you have with the cops.
edlundcl 3 years ago
Ed, it's your reality because you accept it. Fortunately we have free will, and I choose to live free, as hard as that is for you to understand.
And given your comment, "you won't win this fight", my entire message is going right over your head. Check out my recommendations for you.
This video sits at the top of the search results for "Plano Police" I've already surpassed my expectations for "winning".
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
No I never said you must accept it. I'm just saying these videos won't help to change anything, and that it's unreasonable to expect cops will leave you alone just because you don't agree with the laws. You can choose to live 'free', but that doesn't mean cops are going to honor your choice if you break the law.
I assumed your fight wasn't over cause I'm assuming you didn't just comply and pay for that ticket. The video doesn't make the Plano Police look bad, it makes you look bad.
edlundcl 3 years ago
Great Ed, if you think the videos are pointless and do nothing;
(I'll have to ignore the emails I get from people inspired by my work to move to NH, the video responses, etc.)
Please tell us, what is your solution?
Can you explain how filming an officer saying he doesn't know if he swore an oath to the constitution makes me look bad again?
Your not making much sense.
obscuredtruth 3 years ago
Based on his tone of voice, I think the police officer was being facetious when he said, "I don't know if am or not." I don't think anyone responds well to having a camera shoved in their face and then asked questions which are actually just oblique accusations that blame them for problems over which they have absolutely no control. What are those officers supposed to do? Ignore the judge's order? Answer your loaded questions that demonstrate your ignorance of the law and Constitution?
