What worries me about these noodles (which I LOVE to eat) is that they are made with the Japanese tuber called konnyaku or konjac, which is primarily grown in Japan. I need to find out how to check for radiation in my food, in other words!!! =(
I saw you were mincing the garlic, which seems like it would take forever! they sell jarred chopped garlic. So easy! 1 tablespoon will equal 1 clove. Our jar is lasting us forever :)
I made these tonight for the first time...and it is GOOD. I made sure I rinsed them for a LONG TIME under warm water. I put some seasoning on the noodles. THen I just cut up some vienna sausage and put 2 tablespoons of barbeque sause and it is good.
I also ordered mine from the miracle website. I'm going to try your receipe and also buy some vegetable steamers and mix it with the noodles. The sky is the limit.
you really don't have to be a chef to make a good cooking show! It's all about the personality! I've been following the pop pilates videos since the beginning, and this is my first time watching one of Cassie's recipe videos. Love it!
The reaction of her tasting the food was kinda funny lol

Splenda causes a lot of health issues in some people.
May i suggest adding Stevia. It's all natural and it comes from a plant.

Trying to find info on the background music beginning at about 4:13 of the video; sounds like Cranberries, but I don't know. Anyone? Thanks.
