    May i suggest adding Stevia. It's all natural and it comes from a plant.

  • I saw you were mincing the garlic, which seems like it would take forever! they sell jarred chopped garlic. So easy! 1 tablespoon will equal 1 clove. Our jar is lasting us forever :)

  • I made these tonight for the first time...and it is GOOD. I made sure I rinsed them for a LONG TIME under warm water. I put some seasoning on the noodles. THen I just cut up some vienna sausage and put 2 tablespoons of barbeque sause and it is good.

    I also ordered mine from the miracle website. I'm going to try your receipe and also buy some vegetable steamers and mix it with the noodles. The sky is the limit.

  • these are konjac noodle, it's japanese.Not new at all.you can find it in asian groceries.
