I make donuts for a living, in Louisiana. And your right, we do it a LOT different. Like for instance, our glazer is more like a screen that you slide the fried donuts off onto, then take like a laddle and laddle the glaze on. @wacco380 those guys are NOT fast xD Like at all. Our cutter cuts about 40 screen in a hour. 2 1/2 dozen donuts to a screen :P And a yeah, we handcut ours to. HE'S fast xD I know it seems like bragging, but it's not :P
