local mountains here kinda suck though, gotta go at least 1h30min drive min to a good mountain like hemlock. whister and manning park are around 2hr drives and great good mountains. wanna try kamloops, kelowna and big white, oh and baker. funny i have a clear view of baker outside my window

@snowboardrealms i just went to seymour on friday and honestly im not a huge fan. i would much sooner go to hemlock and its like 10bucks cheaper which would pay the difference on gas. Also i said kinda sucks so its not terrible but im not running there, cypress had more to do for side trails and stuff.

have you seen what they did with seymour terrain park now, 2 fairly large jumps and then intermediate stuff. local i would rather cypress cause theres more side trails and crap. more amusing

@slipNslidae86 Ya man wtf dude!!! I live in Van and to be able to ride everyday 15 minutes from my house, and still be in the a big city is awesome. Grouse Mountain, Seymour, Cypress, sure they're no whistler but they are still great mountains.

@JOMO19921993 i dont know seymour well cause i went night skiing or snowboarding i suppose and then the this friday prices were half off cause mostly everything was closed. the top chair with all the blacks closed at 4 so i had no time there and the unicorn led me to the chair lift cause the other half was closed too so seymour hasnt given me the best impression. racing down against skiiers is too much fun though, some spots feel like moguls lol.i havent crossed seymour off my list so no worries
