  • oh right.i didnt know it made a difference as i only have one feed from my bus wire.come to think of it i do have a few spots where the locos do run a little slower so i may add more feeds around the track to see if that makes a difference.

  • great idea of soldering the wire across the rails instead of the hornby clips.its an idea i will be using from now on thanks.

also wanted to say that you mentioned pre soldering the track for the live power feeds but it sounds like your doing more than one as you only need one to power the track like i have so im confused if this is the case!

  • @bloodmarine77 Hi, there are power feeds for every single siding and every single piece of track, roughly every 3 feet, this is all connected down to the main "bus" wire, so there is one power feed split into several track feeds across the layout, this just ensures excellent dcc signal transmission. Thanks

  • Change the 'Thanks for watching' at the end to correct spelling!

  • @jasonandjoesrailway Easier said than done!

  • Nice to see someone using hornby points, everyone seems to hate them and go for peco?

  • @jasonandjoesrailway These are PECO points, thanks
