Its hard to say wich one of the s4,stratos or 037 is the most awesome, i think first place is both the 037 and the s4 really short after that comes the stratos then after that the integrale. The integrale is a cool car but not eaven close to the other 3 cars i mentioned in my opinion.
This Lancia 037 powered by a V6 supercharged engine with around the 300bhp mark and not to mention it was only rear wheel drive… you really need to be brave and the best to handle this rally car! In fact this car is so nice I got it in 1/18th scale model made by Kyosho and it's just so detailed can't stop looking at it:-)
It's indeed a bit forgotten rallycar (between the Stratos and the Delta S4) but actually this is a fantastic car! And the first proper Group B rallycar!
The part looking like Cittia di Aria from GT4, now you know where the inspiration from the makers comes from...
In those days rallycars simply went trough towns and villages..especially at Corsica and San Remo Rally, i think this clip is taken from San Remo Rally.

The O37 really does sound beautiful. It's a real shame you don't get RWD in rallying anymore. They should make rules to accomodate it, like allowing RWD cars to have a higher displacement or something like that.

@TestECull Best looking rally car by far. The Quattro S1 was my favourite, but purely because it was so damned aggressive. This is my second, third is the Ford RS200.

@slungbungdungclung I agree! I remember watching these cilps from the Thousand Lakes '85 live from television. These cars were something that you couldn't get enough of. It is sad that there probably won't be anything like the group B rally cars ever again in history.
