Do you think that we could both reduce the price of domestic oil AND fund research into alternative energy?

I've never heard anyone say that we should drill domestically in order to meet all our oil needs.

@James92802.....fyi 4.8 billion is the proven reserve in ANWAR. look at the data....also 120 billion barrels will last 15 years.
