For any Apatow fans who missed his other highly-underrated show, Undeclared, YouTube has all episodes of the one and only season, starring Seth Rogan, Jay Baruschel, and Jason Segel (recurring), which includes cameos by a few F&G cast members. Check it out, it's hilarious! :)
again WHY?!? did they take this off the air?? because of a couple little bad ratings? fuckin door mats, fuck what the brain washed society tells you, put it back on the air!
@commandoslayer This is how it ends, its up to you to decide how it went on. From her personality I´d say she enjoyed herself doing what she wanted for the summer and then went to college. Up to you :D
wow... this show was the best show ever. casting, acting, music, writing... amazing work. This final episode was the best one. If you watched the whole series and didn't at least have a lump in your throat at the end... you might not be human.
I think that this show being only one season is the best part. They could burn through all of the good ideas and develop the characters in a logical manner. Any additional seasons would be watered down and ruin the pure awesomeness
@who041187 In truth though, it could have had at most one more season. I would think that the show would run until Lindsay graduated from high school, which would mean only 2 seasons (Season 1 covering Lindsay's junior year, and the next covering her senior year). That way the show could cover all four years of high school (Sam being 2 years behind his sister), and the show would still be short enough to keep its freshness.
i was kinda expecting the guys to be there too in the end with kim. or nick running to the bus rather than neil and bill. they need to stop canceling good shows!!!!
For whatever reason, I cry every time I watch this last episode. I think its because I loved the show so much and it ended way too soon. Add my fav Dead song and yeah, I get all emotional lol. I love that I have the whole season on DVD. It was a great find and well worth the money.
@MsMollyjane I am crying like a baby right now. Maybe the best show ever made, so real; captured that period of time that was so confusing, when we were trying to figure out who we were.
@MizTypical nick fell in love with lindsays parents, daniel's good at something which is dnd lol, ken gets back to his girlfriend, kim... i think her supposed ending is the dead dogs and gym teachers episode
i missed this show when it originally aired, but caught a marathon on IFC of the 1st 12 episodes and got hooked. then every friday they showed one of the "lost 6 episodes" that were produced, but aired after cancelation. this was the best way (though unintentional) for the series to end. the geeks became cool, lindsay found herself through the dead, and rode off to "ripple". we were fortunate enough to get to spend a school year in the 80s with these kids and then they (and we) move on. classic.
I just watched the final episode, after watching the entire season on IFC, and actually cried because I realized that there are no more episodes :( I really wish they would consider a reunion movie
The audio's up right now, but in case it's taken down again, Ripple is elsewhere on YouTube. It starts playing in this video at about 1:12. Just open the Ripple video in another window when this video's at 1:12, and you can approximate the actual experience (though the lost dialogue at the beginning sucks).
First this brilliant show gets cancelled. And years later when fans are trying to appreciate it on YT, the sound is butchered. WTF do the powers that be want? Our first born? I wish the big wigs would leave us alone. It's always about money. All we want is to watch the f-ing show. Is that so wrong?
for those of you apatow lovers, he made another series soon after this that also only lasted one season called undeclared posted here on youtube !! and it casts some of the same actors with that great apatowness
WMG SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! WHY take the whole damn audio track out; why not just take out the one damn song???!!! Ass holes. Did I mention that WMG SUCKS COCK!!!!!! WMG=ASS HOLES. This was the BEST EPISODE, TOO:(
@0xindependent23x0 Actually, the fact that it only lasted 1 season makes it all the more special. I've wacthed this series with my oldest son and am now just getting set to watch it with my youngest son now. I look forward to seeing each and every episode again and now that when that last scene plays out and I hear "Ripple" again, I will again shed so many tears. Thanks to Paul and Judd and the cast for such a special experience.
too bad the show had to end so soon. i hating having to watch reruns

Things should have ended differently with Nick. They didn't have to end up together, but he should have been there when she left or something.
